Firstly, wonderful game. Loving it a lot. The main characters' writing and story beats feels like it fits right at home amidst Superstar Saga and Inside Story. I haven't quite finished my run-through yet, though.
Secondly, playing the Nuzlocke, there have been a couple of run-ins with situations that I feel isn't intended behavior, as follows:
Keep up the good work! I would love to see further additions and representations from across the mainline and side-games, like Booster's Battle Frontier Train (trademark pending), or pseudolegendary Axem Rangers, and who knows what else.
Secondly, playing the Nuzlocke, there have been a couple of run-ins with situations that I feel isn't intended behavior, as follows:
- Spoiler:Teaming up with Captain Toad, Wild WILD battles considers capturing acceptable for Mario.
- Spoiler:The Battle Pit in New Donk City gives you access to grabbing a few Captures from the same place. I am uncertain whether the Sewer counts as the encounter for the region, but in either situation, Bonetail is locked out entirely. As well, if you're supposed to keep going with the Battle Pit by capturing Bonetail, if it is the captures you are given during the Pit, or capturing while you're in the Pit at all, or even just encountering anything during the deep dive, this is varying degrees of confusing, or perhaps impossible currently.
- Spoiler:The Luma battle with the Penguin counts as a route encounter, making it possible to accidentally lock yourself out of Crystal King if you're not paying attention.
