FireRed hack: Pokémon Unbound [COMPLETED]

Wait what there's a new version 2 days after 1.1? Ugh, I got to send over another[/I update. When I finish the game, I can determine if this hack is really the best one out there.
 
Hello, where can I get the cut in NG+ mode also.. is there a tutor for dazzle gleam? thanks..
 
Has anyone managed to find Litleo? I thought it was on route 4, but the Pokédex map says area unknown and I've scoured the route for hours.
 
I play with save prompts on and i was right at the point in the game after the 7th badge but now everytime I load im back in front of the void ruins so this is a super awesome bug
 
Is there a way to get a Lucario in this game? Since the RTC doesn't work, I can't seem to find a way to get my Riolu to evolve to a Lucario.

Maxed out riolu's EV and level it in the wild it will evolve into lucario in no time..
 
Anyone knew where to get shiny charm and where to catch chimeco? I already encounter chimeco in battle frontier but it didn't registered in my pokedex so please help me.. I need chingling..

I got mine on route 4, but it was a swarm pokemon.
