Quite decent with Slush Rush, and can perform like Dracovish if hail is active. And is slightly more bulky than the previous one.
But it needs support in order to perform strong, particularly Hail setters with Snow Warning or Terrain extender, though.

Arctovish does have the same signature move as Dracovish, but Dracovish is water/dragon with better resistances. Arctovish doesn't have that plus 2 more weaknesses than Dracovish.

I think the problem I have with Arctovish is that its typing is more common compared to the other fossilmons of gen 8. Electric/dragon, electric/ice and water/dragon are very rare. Water/ice has competition thus I find Arctovish not as unique or one that stands out.
