THere's no Darkrai, Shaymin or Arceus yet (unless you hack them) without counting the Movie Darkrai. I don't think events will come out soon, anyway, at least outside of Japan.
From PBR, you get Pikachu with Volt Tackle and Surf, Electivire with Cross Chop and Ice Punch and Magmortar (I don't remember what this one had).

i'm pretty sure the tweaking glitch was just made up so that people could use the action replay to get them but claim legit.
there is a tweaking glitch and you DO mess up the loading lines and everything.
but i'm not even sure you can ride your bike in spear piller, let alone tweak in it?
maybe you can tweak for the shaymin, thats a bit easier. but I doubt it.

yes u can,but it doesn't know its spear pillar cuz u screwed up this loading line.and yes,it is beneficial.i got an arceus that way,but no point cuz u can't trade it here anymore....

I went to see the movie but I didn't know how to get mystery gift. I asked my dad if we could go back do I could get it and he said no :/ and I'm leavin japan in 2 days..meh..
