Vigoroth Moveset Help

I'm currently training up a Vigoroth for my team in Sapphire. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Bulk Up
Yawn
Slack Off

Mine is level 31 right now, and has Yawn and Slack off, Cut(must... REMOVE!) and Strength(which is working well) I can 1 hit 90% of all of the pokemon I come against that are around level 30.

But as soon as he evolves, I'm going to evolve him, I'm going to get Hyper Beam, but I'm not sure about my forth move...
