If you're asking why you cannot level up past level 8, it's because there is a soft level cap in place. You need to beat harder enemies to eventually level up further but experience grinds down by 34% for each level higher you are (effectively resulting in 0 exp if you are 4 levels higher than the target).

I usually raise them to level 10 when I start and from there to their fate, I'm just starting and it already seems stressful to me...

The game is not as easy as canon games. You need to resort to using the tools provided such as the services on the 2nd floor of each Pokecentre to optimize your teams (e.g. maxing your IVs, setting optimal natures and abilities etc.)

You should also remember to allocate your EVs in the EV selection screen. There are a lot of tutorials available in Cygnus Lab that you can reference about changed systems and mechanics in this game.

If you're asking about how to evolve specific Pokemon, you can look up the Advanced Pokedex in-game (navigate to the Pokedex and go to the far right page, and then key up or down), or you can just check the PBS file that comes with the download package (in the PBS folder).

How many years after Soulstones 1 is this game?
Artie's a young adult now and we're 21 so this is AT LEAST 10 years after Soulstones 1 right? 3574?
Also it seems Artie and Agnes moved to another world it seems?
Why does Agnes not remember Cara? Is this not the same Agnes as in Soulstones 1? Is this some sort of Paradox?
Also wait if 2 Time Wardens can't be together in a universe, how does nothing happen when Cara and Caitlyn are in the same universe? Agnes knows about this in Soulstones 1 so why in Soulstones 2 she doesn't know anything about this?

Soulstones 2 takes place in an alternate universe from Soulstones 1.

When escaping the Mindlink Prime at the end of Soulstones 1, Cara and Manaphy had to travel to another universe to avoid being close to other Time Wardens. The people you meet in Ss2 are alternate universe versions of the people you met in Soulstones 1 which is why they don't know Cara or what happened in Ss1.

I'm doing a Gift and Sidequest static only run.
Also are Temporals just Paradoxes? Paradox mons are confirmed to be mons from different timelines that came into SV's timeline. Temporals are basically Paradox mons.

Nina I made her to be completely different to SS1's protagonist Agent A. Agent A is much more serious and her personality is more akin to Yelan from Genshin. Agent A's not really into romantic relationships and such because as an agent she couldn't do that (Emil has signs of romantic interest in her but she never knew that), but here I want Nina and Artie to be together, honestly. I ship it.
Meanwhile Nina's this happy go lucky girl who just happens to be involved in this. Sure she's not as sassy, but she's got her charm that makes people attracted.
Also I hope Aki X Cara gets a happy ending in this AU I just feel sad for Cara.

E Stoutland should have gotten Last Respects its literally PERFECT considering its lore and stuff.

SS2 is an alternate timeline and universe so it obviously happens after Cara became a Time Warden in SS1, but because there was timeline hopping (from Epoch Region present day to Epoch 3564 in SS1), it's not exactly simple to explain that it happened "after" SS1. The plot of the story happens in an alternate timeline/universe after Epoch Region - Present Day, because you're not in the deep future where everything is cyberpunk-y or anything like that.

Just want to report that I think Tangela's sidequest is bugged since I took care of all of them but it seems like there's another one but no trigger or anything because usually it will tell you if you got all of them but I swear I got all of them that I could find but nothing happens.

Bug perhaps?

Not a bug, no. There's 5 tangela in Lyra City. One is stuck near an icy rink and that's the one that's most commonly missed.

Giratina being a good guy is not something I expected

Pierre literally can't get a single W. Dead in SS1, also dead in SS2.
Also, HOW do you beat Angelo's 3 phase fight? Sure you heal but I cannot beat phase 2. Heck I overleveled my team to 80 (thanks Blissey lady) and still can't win.
This is my team:

Yeah I'm running E Steelix despite being Ice/Rock. Sure I could get better options but I'm doing a sidequest and gift mons only challenge.
Esmeralda is my absolute MVP. She's so good.
Fiona I'm running because of Burning Jealousy when your opponent cheats buffs is good.
Yanmega gets Surging Strikes BRUH.
Also Toxic Debris Garbodor is really good.

With such a good team, I still can't win smh.

For the final gauntlet, it's definitely a hard one. I tend to use items personally to ensure I can get the stat boosts I want and protect myself...

If you're not doing that, then you need to find a way to setup and recover until you can sweep. It's not impossible to beat as there have been others in the discord that have beaten the game on unfair difficulty.

I don't know where you're seeing that the postgame is out because it's not, nor is there a built in nuzlocke mode if that's what you're asking.

The post game is not ready yet and I am not ready to announce when it will come out either.
