O wouldn't say it's to easy ;). I went into this Hack completely blind and for the most part didn't look up any information. The reason my Gardevoir was so high level is because for most of the game my Blaziken would Kamikaze with Superpower and take out some Pokemon that way while my Gardevoir swept the enemy team with some support from other Pokemon. Reached The Elite for with Lanturn, Gardevoir, Flygon, Blaziken, Scizor and an HM slave croconaw.

Hi guys, newbie here.

Along with outspeeding issues, I have also had some major issues about the HM Waterfall: even if I DO have all 8 badges, it seems I still cannot use waterfall out of battle. I have my HM-slave Wailord not using the move even with me commanding it, standing under the cascade.

Am I so noob that I missed something important or is it a major bug?

p.s. I have used an emulator in order to run the game faster, and I once used cheats to catch Wailord. Maybe this is the reason behind this problem?

Wailord has a base speed of 1.

Try clicking on other waterfall tiles.

Mind, I have the same issue on every waterfall ( Meteor Falls one too).

As far as I know, Kirlia is 33 for Psychic. Try 42 for Gardevoir.

You're not getting away with Flash Fire cheese. The ability is now Pressure. Lots of Pokémon had their abilities changed.
Lapras and Forretress get Shell Armor, Torchic gets Speed Boost, Dewgong and Swampert get Swift Swim, Jolteon gets Static, Flareon gets Flame Body, among other changes.

70% or 75% chance to sleep. Yawn working on the first turn is intentional.
