Poliwag is only found by surfing on route 30.
You can catch Poliwag using the old rod in Violet City though. It has a 30% chance of appearing with the old rod.

For both of you, you receive the cut HM from Oliver in the Ruins of Alph. It's part of a story event.

Sorry you're having so many issues. What is Delta? An emulator?

Definitely stick with mGBA, it works well, and has supports the RTC, so time based events and berries will work.
That's why I put the steel wing TM behind a cut tree in Violet City :wink:
Fletchiner usually works pretty well for me. It can learn steel wing and resists fairy moves since it's part fire type. I think geodude worked pretty well for me too.
It used to be worse, Sylveon used to know psyshock, but I decided that was too much.
I still want the gym leader difficulty to be pretty high though.

No problem. Your games are amazing so it definitely worths it :) Delta is an emulator developed for iPhone. It's usage skyrocketed with the legislation change in EU which forces Apple to recognize apps in alternative app stores. With this change, emulator apps can now be downloaded from App Store.
 
currently stuck trying to find kizu forest, can someone please tell me where it is
 
Can anyone tell me how to find Lugia?
I already explored the entire cave except the waterfall but still not be able to find it,
Silver ask me to find Lugia to calm down Ho-Oh and gave me HM Dive but i can't climb the waterfall inside the cave because I don't have the Waterfall HM,
Did i miss the HM somewhere?
I talk to any NPC i meet when playing the game so I'm sure I don't miss any important thing
 
This is game look so good but not have Mawile or glaceon make the game less fun for me

Initially the game froze in the beginning when Mom calls to Azurill. Then in the ruins of Alph after getting cut.

I know you recommended mGBA but I figured it was worth mentioning.

I'm having the same problem using myboy! , however my screen just freezes after you fall down with oliver

I suggest you use Pizzaboy GBA for Android. I'm 3 gyms in and I've had no bugs or glitches.
