Just started, is there an opportunity to get the non chosen starters as well? I have the locations document as well but they're just listed as "Starter", and I had to pick my buddy Totodile, but I'd like to be able to get the others at some point if possible.
No, sorry. You can only get one of the Johto starters.

I see hisuii pokemon are in the game, but I didn't see where you find H qwilfish in the doc,is it available in the game?
Looks like you can use a Super Rod on route 32, or find it while surfing in the North Eastern part of the Safari Zone (where the waterfalls are). I'll have to add it to my excel file.

How can and where can I find Reaper Cloth to evolve my duskclops D: and do you have a discord Sloo?

Hello Sloo! Was just wondering: Is it intended that when you hit select in battle you open like a debug menu where you can edit moves, types, stats, ability, held item? Because at least with Myboy!, that is what happens when you hit select in battle haha

You can find it in the Ruins of Alph, and I have a discord account but I'm not on there much.

Haha, no!
I'll have to see about disabling that. Must have been someone's debug menu for the pokeemerald expansion.
Edit: I found the option to disable it. It's just a true/false value, so I set it to "false". Will have that fixed in 1.2 as well XD

Is that late in the game? Sounds like it's late

Safari Zone is earlier than the Super Rod. The Safari Zone is next to Olivine, and the Olivine gym lets you surf.
It's kind of mid-game
NGL Claire is kind of a show stopper. I am STUCK
Yup, she's pretty tough.
I haven't tried it, but I feel like a psychic type that can learn Dazzling Gleam would do well against her. Something like Espeon or Alakazam.

I finished up my play-through recently and had an absolute blast! Well done, Sloo! This is another classic under your belt. The only aspect that I did not like about Scorched Silver is how the level scaling/grinding punishes the player if they are into switching Pokémon, and the lack of a nature changer or nature mints, but I see you fixing that up for 1.2! I also saw on Reddit that a reviewer mentioned you intend to add Kanto in the post-game. Could you verify this when you can? Thought I'd make a small suggestion as well, could you make egg moves re-learnable via the move reminder? Cheers!

Just reached Goldenrod, cheers on a fantastic rom hack so far! Out of curiosity, is there any way to actually evolve the Applin from the game corner? The Pokemon document doesnt seem to have any details...

Thank you!
No, I currently have no plans of adding Kanto, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't even fit on the rom. The new music and all of the new Pokemon take up a lot of data. I looked at the rom in a hex editor, and there isn't a ton of space left.
I also wanted to make an egg move tutor originally, but scrapped the idea because it would take too much work.

How do I evolve galarian yamask? Level 49 and nothing yet
I just answered this in a previous post, I think it has to take 49+ damaged in a single battle.

Thanks! And yes, you can buy a sweet apple or tart apple from the sweet shop in Olivine.

I just reached Gym 2, and boy do I have to say that the 2nd gym leader is probably the laziest and the most incompetent way to make a battle hard. You literally have the resources to make the game difficult but reasonable at this point of the game as you have the pokeemerald engine, which I'm pretty sure has the smart AI seen in games like Inclement Emerald and Elite Redux. But seriously, Light Clay + Dual Screens in Gym 2 is straight up unreasonable considering the exp resource of the game at v1.1 is currently limited, not to mention the wish protect Sylveon that can wall you considering no one would've seen a Fairy type leader as the 1st gym sets a tone that the gym leaders remain the same but they changed, which greatly affected my team composition. Granted I managed to beat Gym 2, but it took luck to do so and needed specific rolls to be able to pull the win. Now I have experience with a lot of the hardest rom hacks and fan games imaginable, with the hardest I played being Rejuvenation intense mode, but those games give you enough ways to gain exp to train new mons for fights like this, yet this rom hack doesn't give enough of the exp required if you ever messed up team building, which of course, the average player would do considering this is a NEW rom hack. I know you have said that you managed to beat gym 2 easily since you know what was coming, and that is, in my opinion, a wrong point of view, as you built these teams to cater to yourself, which led to a terrible team building. As a developer, you should've viewed in the lens of a new player, which won't expect what the next type is considering this is set 20 years in the future. I also didn't like how you're trying to limit players options just to make the game difficult, which is peak laziness in my eyes considering Unbound didn't need to rely on this to make the battles hard, and that game is more generous in terms of giving the players tools, yet it manages to be more difficult than this. I just hope that the difficulty of the battles stay this way when I finally got my hands on high quality pokemon in the lategame, because otherwise I would've a lot to say regarding this as it would present what I call, a reverse difficulty curve.

Thinking of starting a new play through, will 1.2 bw compatible with saves from 1.1 , or would you suggest I hold off?
It should be compatible, I'm not messing with any of the old flags. Just added a new one for the macho brace.

Will 1.2 be boosting the levels of Wild Pokemon?
Yes they will be raised. See the bottom of the first post for all of my planned changes for 1.2

Does exists ability changing items?
Couldn't see something about it.
But maybe I'm blind.
