According to Aethestode (as announced on the Discord server), pt. 2 of Beta 13 will be release on mid to end of February

Once you apply the Beta 13 Part 2 patch to your ROM, as long as you didn't change its name you should be able your savefile just fine.

If the patch ends up having to be applied over a Clean Pokémon Fire Red ROM, you just have to apply the patch over the ROM and put your .sav file inside the same folder where the ROM is, making sure that both the ROM and the .sav file have the same name.
Ex: If your ROM is called "redchapter.gba", your .sav file would be "redchapter.sav".

i did it but when i use the save the game just goes on a color rampage !
and when i press the action button it will say : "The current is much too fast! surf can't be used here"
this is my problem now :(

can someone give me the save file of the game where the last version ends ?!?! i'll be thanksful

That's extremely weird. Are you by any chance trying to load a savefile from the Patches 1, 2 and/or 3?
Because if so, Aethestode highly suggested to begin a new savefile for the Patch 4.

In the Beta 13* you can get a Shiny Spearow on Monday in Route 1, a Shiny Beedrill on Tuesday in Viridian Forest and a Shiny Meowth on Friday in Route 6.

Might be a stupid question, but do I have to have a Venusaur at the end of Silph Co. quest in beta 11? When they combine Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno. Where is the best place to power level?

Nope. The cutscenes won't show saur that's all

For defense, the tangela North of cinnabar island
For sp defense the seels and dewgong in seafoam
For hp the nidorina in celadon city (path to Floral city)
For sp attk the cave near cinnabar with the slugma
And magmars
For attack the nidorino in celadon
For speed the raticate etc in cycling road

There are a few more. If you're just worried about levels the magmar are the.most common which give the best experience yield

Green tells me to evolve my Ivysaur and I can't get the cut scene to start. Its Sabrina vs Blue, Green and me. But nothing happens
 
A error report :

I'm not sure if its reported or you changed it purposefully @Aethestode or a mistake. But I'm just reporting this as I love the game very much! I'm currently in Celadon City after defeating Erika and tried the 19 evolutions of Eevee by Evol Coral. It was awesome. Now, Coming to the main subject, When I received HM: Cut, I used it. It showed that my Ditto[Shiny; Caught in Team Rocket HQ] is capable of learning 'Cut'. I used it and it did learn it and I'm able to cut trees too. But in canon, Ditto couldn't learn anything except Transform [I'm sure you know this. Just saying]. So, Correct it in the next update if its an error. If this helped you, I'm glad that I was a use.

My team in this game:

Pika - Thunderbolt, Thundershock, Brick Break, Fake Out

Poli/Poliwrath - Bubblebeam, Icebeam, Mud Shot, Brick Break

Lax/Snorlax - Hyperbeam, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power[I think its Grass type], Brick Break

Saur/Ivysaur - Petal Tempes [Cool Move], Solarbeam), Earth Power, Double-Edge

Ditto [Shiny] - Transform, Cut

Vee/Currently Flareon[I'll change each battle to have fun] - Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Brick Break, Take Down

You mean beta11e...I was talking about beta12. Sorry about that, can't help you much there. Everytime I played it, my saur had already evolved and it was there in my team so...
If I remember right, after you reach the roof blue and green give you their pokes and you'll need to have 2 spaces in your party. Is that the cutscene you're talking abt?

So I've just started playing the hack and I've reached the part where you battle moltres with blaine. After that I headed out to the lab to get a glimpse at mewtwo the surf road continues to pallet, and I have no idea what to do next. There is a guy still standing outside the mansion who says its being renovated.

P.S. I have beta 11e with the two bug patches

The 2 bugfixes are only meant to be applied on a Beta 13 ROM. They're not compatible with the Beta 11E.

If you're playing on Beta 11E, go behind the gym, there's a path to Blaine's secret laboratory.

That concludes the Lake Monster Bonus Chapter for now, as you need Rock Smash for further progress, which isn't available in Beta 13 Part 1.
