Anyway, leaving all that aside, I recently bumped up OregaIru by a good amount in my fave anime list and it is right now in my top 5. Season two's fantastic handling by studio Feel and the bond I feel with the characters has only cemented my strong opinion about this show even further. I was shocked when I saw episode 8, seriously. And I was almost as taken aback as Hikki during Yukino's request in that tunnel in the latest episode.

It is just that...this show manages to strike a chord with me so well it is kinda hard to explain, haha. I'm definitely writing a review for this once it ends.

also, just saying - Harumodoki, the OP is out now. I'm a big Nagi Yanagi fan so I downloaded the full song asap. Been listening to it for a few days now. Great track. <3; I actually like it more than the first season's OP now hehe (which became apparent while watching the latest episode with yukitoki playing during the event...).

Him having more friends than Hikigaya...? I'm not exactly sure. They're all just students under his jurisdiction, so to speak, since he's the student council head of his school. They can't exactly be called "friends". Even if you'd like to put it that way, as seen by the extremely massive amounts of BS being spouted by all the other members, you can very well assume that the other members themselves are as weird as him and share wavelengths with him. Which would explain why they'd get along with each other and not with normal people like Hikigaya and the like (relatively speaking, of course).

Also, I've saved that gif on my phone. Cracks me up each time I look at it, haha.

Isshiki being Isshiki and declining Hachiman's "attempt at hitting on her" so swiftly lol. But I wonder if anyone noticed the fact that she didn't downright turn him down this time nor called him names. She said something like "i'll need more time to think about it". Just adds fuel to the fire of her actually having fallen for Hikki now. Even Hayama's incomplete dialogue "Those feelings are meant for..." (or something along those lines) kinda imply Isshiki actually having feelings for someone else than Hayama. And it seems pretty obvious by her conduct that it is Hachiman he was referring to.

Anyway, plenty of cute moments this episode both with Yui and Yukinoshita. Hachiman stared at Yui's yuis and they were yummilicious as usual lol. I wonder why Hachiman couldn't figure out what Yukino meant by "his request". Even usually clueless Yui figured it out lol. Also, that moment when Isshiki tells Hachiman that she heard him during THE moment in episode 8 and craves for something "genuine" too...Hachiman's blush and his expressions were just priceless! <3 Overall, amazing episode as always. Although the event itself seemed a little dragged out to me. It went by at a decent pace only because I had Yukitoki to listen to in the background, I suppose. :p Looking forward to the next episode!!

Yukimom wasn't as mean as she seemed in the LN, it's fine I guess since the general idea was conveyed. They skipped all the preparation for the event and just threw it into a montage. That's kind of disappointing, I remember enjoying that part. Orimoto got the shaft in the anime, her development was pretty bare bones but I guess it can't be helped since they can't just include all of 8man's thoughts. Extra treat for the LN readers.

I love this show but it has forced the realisation onto me that I enjoyed the LN far more. Can't wait for Volume 11.

Well , Yui is more impressive !
Since she can genuinely love Hachiman and break though Yukino's mental Barrier.
Even Hikigaya and Hayama couldn't break though Yukino's wall as quickly as Yui,
Probably because Yui never had any ill-feeling inside her which allow her to break Yukino's wall.
Plus , She's always be the 1st girl in Hachiman life to Love him (outside family).

Very glad that they added the scene with Hachiman and Haruno in the beginning. That particular talk between them is the ending for volume ten, so it left a rather grim end when I first read it.

This episode in general is the literal definition of being Yui is suffering. It was also Haruno being a troublemaker whether it be for the better or worse is debatable, in my opinion.

Holy crap, it's Kawasomething.

Oh, geez. Jazz hands is back. And he also likes DAYONE. Didn't really expect that.

That 8man eye twitch when Haruno mentioned Yukino giving Hayama and her chocolate when they were younger.

Yukimom must be a very, very scary person to have Yukino not even make a peep or any sort of rebuttal. Even 8man was petrified, although he probably isn't fond in butting into familial matters. She also made a slight tone of annoyance in her voice when Yui tried to make an excuse for Yukino. Really looking forward to reading this scene, since she was subtly a lot more condescending to Yui when they first met.

It's all over! To be totally honest, I expected Yui to make the confession which would have broken up the group dynamics and lead us into the finale of Vol.12. Buuuut. That didn't happen, they grew even more closer to each other, all the well knowing that one peep of a "confession" can ruin everything. Seems like that everyone is aware of where their feelings lie, whether it's knowingly or subconsciously.

Watari said that the anime covered all of the major events of Vol.11, so it's seems the series is ending on Vol.13. Vol.12 can deal with Yukino's request, while Vol.13 ties up loose knots and gives a conclusion to finding that "genuine" thing.

Haruno going all out in showing her true nature. First time (that was shown) that she basically tore Yukino apart. 8man even got fed up with her!

I'll be honest, I was left a little confused too. There are some things I think I get and there are those I'm not at all sure of. What I'm sure of, though, is the fact that the story definitely is heading towards the end. I mean, duhh, it is supposed to since the next couple of volumes ARE the end but...yeah. This episode definitely felt like an episode that would fit right in like 2-3 episodes before the grand finale or something. As a finale of a season...naah, not so much. Cliffhangers aren't good for my heart and this one was almost as bad as it got. :(

Either way, I've begun to dislike Haruno more and more. I kinda sorta liked her back in season one. Now I wonder how - I probably never paid attention. Don't get me wrong, she's definitely doing her job well as a character. But her constantly tearing Yukino apart with those aggravating statements...not cool, Haruno. Not at all. XC

If Hachimon is ANYWHERE near as cute as Komachi is, she'd be my fave mom out of the three. Komachi = best sister. She's definitely a great character, imo. She's also one whose constant interactions with her bro and her insults will be missed.

Ah, OregaIru. Such a fantastic anime. I love it oh so much. <3; Feel definitely did an amazing job with it. I'm definitely looking forward to the next season. And hopefully feel does it again. As nicely as they did it this time around. <3;

I think S3 depends on how long will the novels continue.
If there are only 2, I would expect OVAs to wrap up the story rather than S3.
