Emerald hack: NEW RELEASE: Pokemon Emerald Imperium

I love that you can change the time of day with the L button. No more waiting on the RTC to catch those TOD exclusives. I hope you don't introduce a visual day/night system. I love the authentic feel of vanilla Emerald, and visual D/N systems ruin the aesthetics, imo. That, the QOL's, and the EZCatch cheat keep me playing this over all the others! Awesome work!!!!!!!

It's supposed to be hard, it's inspired by Radical Red.
Just cause it's meant to be hard doesn't mean its not over tuned. If you've beat it then why not post the way you've done it? Personally i've spent Roughly 18 hours across 3 different saves with different settings with each of them stuck at Brawley. Each save with different team combinations. For a lvl 25 cap his team is insane. Not even acknowledging the perfect iv because the player party can match it, the move sets themselves are nutty. They're almost perfect down to the Hidden power typing. Then when looking at the natures, it feels like they're speed focused across the board. For example my timid Kirlia with perfect ivs getting outsped by -1speed lycanroc. It's nutty and feels like your playing on margins, which inherently isn't a bad thing but again with a lvl 25 cap there's only so much power available to the player at that point. Plus your selection of mons depending on the settings. Personally I've tried multiple different item sets across all the different teams as well and my best success has come from effectively luck in variance and me save scumming to reproduce the same results. Again it's all anecdotal 100% but at the end of the day it just a bad experience, and the victory won't make you feel better about all the time spent.

I don't have to prove myself to anyone, especially someone who just made their account to whine about a difficulty hack being checks notes difficult.

The game was designed to be a copy of Radical Red on Emerald.

There are 100s of decomp Emerald hacks, and more on the way. You chose the one designed to be difficult (and advertised as such) and complaining it's difficult.

There is even a specific channel in the Discord where people are sharing their team combinations and helping others, because some people have beaten the game several times already with different combinations, including mono runs and nuzlockes.

Don't blame the game cause you got skill issues, and just play ROM Hacks you can handle.

I haven't even played yet, but I will say THANK YOU for using Radical Red as, for lack of a better word, skeleton for Emerald Imperium. Radical Red is still the gold standard when it comes to QOL, documentation, and online dex, so the fact that you can basically just use https://dex.radicalred.net/ with a few exceptions, is AMAZING. I'm looking forward to starting my first play through.

Hi! Saw someone talking about this ROM hack on TikTok so came along to download it but unfortunately, I can't download the bps file due to a "HTTP error" (when I am logged into my Google account) - and when I try it in an incognito window, it says that the download quota is reached for it. Is there a mirror for it anywhere?? Thank you

Question about "Legendary-Aware". It says it's the same thing as normal species randomizer, except it guarantees legendaries will be randomized into legendaries.

Does this mean normal pokemon can still randomize into legendaries? OR does it mean you can ONLY get a randomized legendary if the original pokemon was also a legendary (i.e. static mewtwo turning into randomized lugia)

So, ive done the Rom Patcher JS stuff, what now? i tried to dowload the mGBA thing it has on it's site as an application, but it was said to be malaware and stopped, so, what do i do? what site do i go to and how do i simply play??:plead:

Im using Nostalgia.GBA. you can get it for free on the play store or on PC. I have it on both.

Having issues with Ultra Beasts catches with the randomize. Are the catch rates that low or are the beast balls needed
