    Hey there.

    I have a Darkrai that I believe is legit, bare in mind I don't know too much about these event pokemon as I have only just started trading.

    It is in Japanese (at least I think it's Japanese), and everything seems to match what you are after (except I cannot read the OT), however it has 2 ribbons and a bit of exp. Still lvl 50.

    Let me know if you would like to have a look at it through trade or what-not. (:
