    Well, you could try running Choive specs and the following Set: Surf / Ice Beam / Grass Knot / Flash Cannon.

    GeneralGuy's is the DD Set. It's an option. And way better then DDMence could achieve.

    I would run something else on T-Tar besides Dragon Dance. Mine actually knows Dragon Claw, which is endlessly useful for fighting Dragons of course.

    Very off topic: General Guy is my second favorite character from Paper Mario. Kudos on the name.

    I see a Special Wall: Venusaur. So a Physical Wall such as skarm would help this Team lots. Or a Rapid Spinner.

    He already posted skarmory. I've beat many people with this team, but I want to know how to improve. What's wrong with Dialga??
     
    CBtar is godly. I beleive it runs Pursuit, EQ, stone edge, and avalanche. There are many different spreads and 'm not to familiar with the D/P version to be honest :/ But it requires prediction...

    And diagla is lol...just don't use ubers...

    It is very scary, massive attack stat + a Choice band to add a 50% boost to it . Especially when it switches into stuff and Pursuits the hell out if things when they switch, Choice Band + Pursuit + Switch= Ouch.

    Other moves dont need explaining.

    Well, I ripped off smogon but heres Venasaur..

    Venasaur@Black Sludge
    Bold/Calm
    252 HP/252 Def or SP def/4 Sp atk
    Energy ball
    Sleep powder
    Leech seed
    Sludge Bomb/HP Fire

    Smogon says Sludge bomb but Shirai says HP fire. Ice works too.

    Ubers do not fail. Have you even been in an uber battle? They're quite fun actually. There are nothing wrong ubers. They are just set for a different environment.

    But in this case, please take Dialga out of this team. If you are going to use one uber, you should just build a team of ubers. Either no ubers or uber environment, those are your two options.
