How do I evolve Phione into a Manaphy?
Please tell me, I got this cute Phione now and want it to evolve.

You can't evolve it. It's weird, but Manaphy makes Phione through breeding, and then Phione never evolves.

Phione does not evolve into Manaphy.manaphy only makes a pione egg , terefore pione doset evolve nor manaphy

Phione is a Pre-Evolved Manaohy but sadly in the game its not posible to get Manaphy from Phione.
I have a Shiny Manaphy if ya interested.
