please sum1 help me on my glaceon moveset
    its modest nature
ev; 252 sp atk, 252 spd, 4 hp

    Glaceon@Life Orb
    Trait: Snow Cloak
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/ 80 SP. ATK/ 72 DEF/100 SP. DEF

    Hail
    Blizzard
    Toxic
    HP Water/Water Pulse/Shadow Ball

    Glaceon@Life Orb
    Trait: Snow Cloak
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/ 80 SP. ATK/ 72 DEF/100 SP. DEF

    Hail
    Blizzard
    Toxic
    HP Water/Water Pulse/Shadow Ball
I don't know much about Glaceon, but I know nothing and I mean nothing should ever have Hail. And since Glaceon is Heracross bait anyway Toxic isn't a great choice either. I'd say Glaceon is more like Ice Beam/Wish/Baton Pass/Substitute, Shadow Ball or something else with EVs mostly in HP and Sp.Defense.

Glaceon's ability as well as Blizzard has benefits. I don't know much about it either, but it was the best thing i could come up with.

    Sub-Passing is good... i guess.

Glaceon isn't the faster Pokemon in the world, so making it a Hailer is a risk. Although highly beneficial if you can pull it off.

If you are working a Hail team, I recommend a Froslass as a Hailer, pretty standard.

Glaceon @ Life Orb/ Wide Lens (raises accuracy when hit by opponent first)
    Modest/Calm/Bold
    252 Sp. attack, 128 Def/HP, 128 Sp. Def
    -Blizzard
    -Wish/Water Pulse
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball/HP Psychic (Heracross)/Baton Pass

    Jordan.

    the ultimate glaceon:

    Glaceon @ Choice Specs
    Modest Nature
    252 ATK/252 HP/4 SP DEF
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power Ground/Fighting
    -Shadow Ball
    -Water Pulse/Wish

i know what you're thinking... wish with choice specs? it's still a good move nonetheless. you only need to use it once and then switch out for another poke to receive the recovery.

you can also try a stalling glaceon:

    Glaceon @ Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    252 HP/108 SP DEF/148 SP ATK
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power Fighting or Ground
    -Fake Tears/Growth
    -Wish

For the record, Glaceon doesn't get growth.

eevee gets growth as a NYCPC move.

go to psypokes.com to look at all the tutor moves of every pokemon. you'll be surprised what some pokes have.

I'm only new to the DP stuff coz it just came out here in The Phils, but here goes nothing.

    Special sweeper?

    Glaceon @ Life Orb
    Trait: Snow Cloak
    Modest Nature
    - Hail
    - Blizzard (alleged to get increased accuracy in Hail. Is this true?)
    - HP Ground / Rock (I like Rock here, coz there are some common situations I can think of when Rock helps more than Ground.)
    - Shadow Ball (For lack of a more powerful Sp.Attack move, besides Hyper Beam. :|)

I hope I helped. I've been inactive for months studying and playing a bit of DP. :|

HFail shouldn't really be used on anything like I've already said. It's a waste of moveslot and unless you have a team full of Ice types (which isn't a very good idea) it'll hurt you as well. Glaceon without Wish (or at least Wish as an option) also makes me cry. >:

Except that was only for the GSC Generation. Everything else on there has the NYPC moves listed from GSC. Why it's listed, I have no idea, but I'm pretty certain that it doesn't apply to D/P.
