Energy Cyclone can be great is your deck is running low, and it's a nice throwback to the Neo Gen Gatr that everyone had in their deck (except me). Heh. The second is equally vicious -- high damage and can hurt the opponent's hand? Oh my. But the best part besides all that is the lower retreat cost. Hard to lose with. 10/10.
