Who's That Pokémon!

Hey~!! I'll be setting up the same WTP and CSS used for previous Get-Together's, but if anyone has any contributions to make that will gather more interest, I'd love to hear them! :) I was thinking of adding a bonus puzzle for each day that focuses on Shiny Pokémon Dream World art, just for a little extra challenge/more points!

Welcome! It's time to put your Pokémon knowledge to the test with PokéTrivia's classic "Who's That Pokémon" contest! If you think you have what it takes to become a Pokémon Master, then you've come to the right place!

Overview

For the next two weeks, a zoomed-in section of a Pokémon will be posted to this thread every day, and your goal is to identify which Pokémon the art belongs to. The clue will be a cropped 30x30 px section of a certain Pokémon's art, zoomed in eight times to 240x240 px.

All of the clues used will be taken from the Pokémon's official Dream World art. Mega Pokémon and Alolan Forms may be included as possible answers!

You will have 48 hours to solve each puzzle, and the answers will be posted as soon as each puzzle ends. For every puzzle you solve correctly, you will earn one point on the scoreboard. Good luck!

How to Participate

To submit your answer for a puzzle, send me a PM (private message) with your answer before that puzzle's deadline. (Don't post your answers in this thread!)

Please specify which puzzle you are answering somewhere in your message, or you could put it in the title!

You may answer as many times as you want for any given puzzle, but only your final answer will count!

Feel free to chat about the puzzles and how easy/hard you find them! In fact, I even encourage having discussions about the contest here. That will make things more fun, after all!

How should points for correct guesses be converted into GT points? For example, 10 GT points per correct guess, up to 140, with additional points being rewarded for completing bonus puzzles?

There were some incorrectly made clues in some previous WTP events so I suggest that someone else checks the clues before you post them if you haven't made them before. It should be easy to make the clues correctly if you're careful.

oh, what do you mean? :o Do you mean the sizing/zooming in of the image? Cid was in control last year—it's been 2 years since I've done it so my memory is hazy, haha!

I mean zooming in of the image, it's easy to do wrong if you aren't careful. Cid did perfect job with the clues last year.

Oh, I think I know what you mean! I may have accidentally cropped some larger than 30x30 (by misremembering the numbers). I'll be more careful with the 30x30 and 240 rule this time. :)

Alongside each clue, an additional bonus puzzle will be featured for the chance to earn an extra 10 points! However, there's a slight twist. The puzzles will be cropped 30x30 px images of shiny Pokémon Dream World art, zoomed in to 240x240 px and rotated at different angles! These puzzles will close at the same time and test your ability to recognise shinies. Good luck!
