    Burned Tower

According to the lore, Raikou was supposedly one of the three Pokémon that died in the Brass Tower when it burned down, but was resurrected by Ho-Oh. In this case, I would say that Raikou, but Ho-Oh didn't resurrect it this time, resulting in Raikou returning in complete spirit form in that same tower with the ability to fly like ghosts are often portrayed to.

    Route 9 (Outer Spikemuth), Galar.

The Hypno of Galar are said to have adapted a little too well to the flamboyant uncouth troublemaking of Team Yell, voluntarily changing their appearances to fit right in with their hometown. However, the presence of certain members owning members of the Impidimp line have forced these Pokémon to go into hiding, as the darkness Galarian Hypno embraced also gave it the Fighting-type to beat up the team's vast Dark-type arsenal. Their hypnotic skills seem to have waned to the point where it became contentious on whether this is an entirely separate Pokémon altogether.

Like most Galarian variants, it evolves into a new Pokémon, now named "Slumbrawl", hits even harder with only one Ability that gives it great fighting prowess, but at the cost of noticeable chunks of HP if their moves fail or miss.

One day an Emboar just randomly decided to walk on all fours gain. Others followed and they became a Ground type, losing it's Fighting typing.
They live mostly in the tunnels/caves, only coming out for food. They attack their opponents by rolling up into a ball covered in flames and lunging at them.

Due to overcrowding in the forests and it's immense size threatening way too many tiny lifeforms crucial for the natural ecosystem, Johtonian Tropius were forced to migrate and thrive in the harsh waters surrounding the Whirl Islands. To get through high-pressured whirlpools and the occasional hurricanes from Lugia, they've converted their entire bodies into a mixture of a submarine and a viking ship, their leaf-like wings becoming convertible ocean-powered oars to guarantee travel through relentless waves, as well as sailing from Kanto and Johto all the way over to Alola.

Their Abilities include Clear Body and Swift Swim. Their Hidden Ability is Filter.

An entire region was brought to its knees from awe as Ursaluna, the long-thought-extinct evolution of Ursaring, was found again near Snowpoint City. It is speculated that this finding is connected to the recent autothysis of a wandering Cresselia, who chose to transfer her life force to the Pokémon of this area rather than be captured by her pursuer. Some of this Cresselia's life energy ended up in the local Ursaring population, and when exposed to lunar radiation on a full moon night, triggered the evolution of these Ursaring into Ursaluna.

Unlike those of its ancient Hisuian variant, Sinnohan Ursaluna's skin and fur are far from rough. Its fur is vaguely pinkish, bringing to mind to mind its benefactor Cresselia; it's so soft it feels like touching fine sand or cotton, and so thick that it allows Ursaluna to withstand the area's snowy terrain. It is a nocturnal Pokémon, sleeping through the hours of sunlight and only waking up to eat when it's dark. Though it has a much more docile temperament than its ancient variant as well, travelers are advised to keep their distance. These Ursaluna are often large enough to (accidentally) crush even a tall human underneath, especially during the hours when they wander drowsily before going back to sleep.

    Mount Lanakila in Alola

Tells tales about a Sneasel and Crabrawler. Met one blustery day on the rocky Mount Lanakila. Stumbled upon each other, weak from the fierce storm. Postured aggressively at one another. Realized a fight would likely result in both perishing. De-escalated the situation.

Banded together to seek shelter. Worked together by punching open a safe space in the rocks and slicing the sparse flora to cover the entrance. Learned from each other while waiting out the storm. Provided Crabrawler the knowledge to one day become Crabominable. Taught Sneasel a new way of using its claws for precise strikes.

Stark Mountain, Sinnoh. Unfezant migrated here and often clashed with Heatran. Repeatedly being on fire they eventually adapted.
The males now have flaming plumage whereas the females have a fiery tail. These Pokemon have become fiercely territorial and will attack anything that approaches Stark Mountain. Most other Pokemon have fled the location.

Long ago, the mystical energy and infestations of really tiny bugs too small to be properly considered Pokémon surrounded the swampy, gloomy environments of the area, which attracted the attention of a wayward Vileplume that ultimately decided to make itself a new home in that area. The frequent diet of bugs, and subsequently, enchanted mushrooms, significantly altered the Pokémon's genetics to become an eerie walking cryptid that the locals would call the "Corpse Fairy". At the end of it's life, one elder claims that this peculiar Kalosian Vileplume magically fused itself with a dying Trevenant to become the fabled tree said to have established the very first settlement that, with time, eventually became Laverre City and it's strange dollhouse that would be the region's Gym.

According to the elder's tale, Kalosian Vileplume had Honey Gather and Illuminate as it's main Abilities, while Sap Sipper was it's Hidden Ability. It's eyes resembled those of a Yanmega, it's white spots and red petals turned pink and purple respectively, much like the mushrooms of Morelull and Shiinotic. It had a cute bug mouth matching that of a Venonat, and it's stubby arms and large feet were identical to those of a Butterfree. And to cap it all off, it had sickly green Venusaur vines and leaves growing around it's massive petals.

At the base of the Volcano, these Pumpkaboo have adapted to thrive in the heat. Giving up their spoopyness, they now wield an arsenal of Fire moves. Their bodies have become hot to the touch.
Their signature move Trick or Treat now fires flaming candies at the target. If the target is a Fire type Pokemon this restores their HP by up to half.

On a certain night hordes of these Pokemon march through the streets. Anyone who doesn't have a Fire type Pokemon at it's door will have their house burned down. 😈

Has developed a colour palette matching that of a blue-ringed octopus. While it's poison isn't as potent as that of a Tentacruel, Hoennian Grapploct can still inflict paralysis and infect those it makes direct contact with, so it is not to be underestimated in or out of battle, as it's grip is much stickier than it's Galarian counterpart.

This variant of Grapploct hides itself in rocky cavern terrain in and out of the water, using it's slimy, soiled tentacles to prey on many of the Zubats that thrive in Kyogre/Groudon's old resting place.

It's Abilities consist of Suction Cups and Sticky Hold. It's Hidden Ability is Adaptability.

Relic Passage & Relic Castle, Unova.

Preying on any unfortunate souls that sink through the sand, they have settled in the nearby passage for convenience. To improve their food supply they have adapted to be able to dig through the ground and make more holes in the relic castle through which sand will trickle down... and more unfortunate people/Pokemon as well.
Unovan Skorupi evolve into a different Pokemon called Scorrion, which is more like a blend between a scorpion and a giant centipede with deadly venom coming out of it's stinger and possessing the ability to dig out enormous tunnels.

These Pokemon have acquired Sand Rush and Sniper as their normal abilities and Sheer Force as their HA.

    Route 4 (Parterre Way), Kalos.

Under frequent care of the local gardeners and changes in diet to assist in lengthy hedge-cutting and hedge-trimming duties, the Corphish of Kalos have grown accustomed to surviving long periods on dry land, their crustacean genetics solidified to the point their pincers have partially become powerful pruning shears.

A decade's worth of dedication and discipline has allowed this unique variant of Corphish to craft the finest natural sculptures for tourists to and from the scenic garden route between Lumiose City and Santalune City.

Their much nicer, but disciplined, demeanour has resulted in an entirely new evolution called "Crustedge", which has Crawdaunt's general shape, save for the black metal shear-pincer hybrids, a gardener's hat, and a high visibility coat-like pattern at it's arms and chest.

Their Abilities consist of Hyper Cutter and Sap Sipper. Their Hidden Ability is Adaptability.

The Venomoth of Unova that lived near Virbank City were all drawn to the sounds from Roxie's gym. They loved the sound so much that they started interacting with the electric guitars when the gym trainers weren't around and eventually adapted the typing! These Pokemon now fly around at night, producing a sound with their wings that sounds like a jam session when flying in a group. Only people who love loud bands have remained in the city.

This variant of Venomoth can learn moves such as Boomburst and Overdrive and they can have the Punk Rock ability.

    Mt. Moon, Kanto.

Drawn to the power of Clefairies that love to dance on the occasional full moon, an extremely rare variant of Beheeyem comes down to Earth on a miniature UFO to seemingly patrol the mystical mountain from high up in the night skies until the first sign of sunrise before retreating back to an unknown place deep into space. No one is able to get close enough to know of it's true motives being on Earth in the first place.

To trick the cosmologists that try to observe this phenomenon, this odd Beheeyem hides itself in it's spaceship that looks precisely like a shiny Magnezone, flying at altitudes to make it seem plausible that observers find only a rare colour scheme of Magneton's evolution at that time of the year.

Scientists are unable to properly analyse this Pokémon's true potential, but it can be assumed it's only Ability is Levitate, and that, according to Professor Sonia's latest studies in Kanto last year based on her studies of Galarian variants back in her home region, it may or may not have a final evolution that serves as the leader of the Elgyem line's homeworld, whatever that may be.

Route 3 & Motostoke Outskirts, Galar.

Old Klinklang that were no longer of use were tossed aside and left to rust in the grass near Motostoke. They adapted to their surroundings and became Grass and Water type! They no longer levitate and instead roll across the ground to get around!

Their signature move Gear Grind has changed completely, for it's gears are rusted together completely! This move is no longer an offensive move and now boosts both their Defense and Special Defense by two stages. It's normal abilities are now Steelworker & Full Metal Body. It's Hidden Ability is Heatproof.
Galarian Klinklang is slower than the Unovan version, but has it's Attack and Sp. Attack swapped and it's Sp. Attack increased a bit as well.

The constant amount of exposure to poisonous moves used by the Wurmples and Shroomishes that inhabit the forest were said to have affected the quality of berries that grow there, gradually impacting the overall health of Hoennian Toucannon and it's pre-evolutions that thrive much deeper within the forest.

To ensure their overall longevity and quality of life, these contaminated Alolan birds fly across the region to look for clerics such as members of the Ralts family or Swablu line to help them hone independent and supportive healing skills whenever they're needed in dire situations.

Hoennian Toucannon are even slower than their Alolan counterparts, sacrificing a good deal of Speed to increase their Sp. Def, Sp. Atk, and physical Defense. Their Abilities include Keen Eye and Natural Cure. Their Hidden Ability is Synchronise.

The little moat around Dyna Tree Hill, Galar.
Lured over from the sea by the fruit in the giant tree. These Pokemon leaped towards it and got into a fight with the local Greedents. After a lengthy conflict, those Lumineon who perished returned in a new form. They leap from one side of the tree to the other snagging as many berries as they can to starve out the Greedents out of spite.

The chilly and seismic atmosphere of Unova's most elaborate mountain mazes awakened some dormant genes, resulting in Alcremie's appearance becoming much darker and tasting like perfectly fresh chocolate sundaes.

It is not recommended to lick their rears or their feet, as they may contain dust, mountain soil, rusted metal substances of broken Durant parts, and dissolved rocks.

Unovan Alcremie's Abilities consist of Slush Rush and Aroma Veil. Their Hidden Ability is a new Ability called "Wintry Wonder", which recovers HP every time an opponent uses Ice-type moves against it.

Terminus Cave, Kalos. All the way at the bottom.

These Bellibolt have given up on living near the water and have settled deep into a cave. They've adapted the Ground typing and like to jump-scare anyone they came across, Pokemon and people alike. They will sneak up on their prank target and display odd patterns on their bellies as they creep towards them. Once they are close enough they will trap their target in mud and shock them.

    Area Zero, Paldea.

According to translations of salvaged documents belonging to Professor Turo, this peculiar Alomomola was called by some as the "Iron Song", although it completely lacks the abilities to qualify as a future Paradox Pokémon. It has special panels that can adapt to any environment to use it's natural energy to fuel it's fins into giving it the electromagnetism to float.

Paldean Alomomola was said to be a prototype designed by a dubious inventor somewhere in the region with the intent to create artificial Alomomolas to live on land and serve as a sentient Nurse Joy Pokémon for mountain goers and hikers. However, the experiment went awry upon the arrival of a rogue Miraidon, as it's electrical outbursts generated an undesirable pulse that caused the Paldean Alomomola prototype to malfunction, resulting in the casualties of every unlucky volunteer participating in the experiment within the Miraidon's proximity. As a result, the project was simply scrapped.

Its Abilities were Healer and Clear Body, while its Hidden Ability was Serene Grace.
