Great Rom Hack, haven't finished it but I love it so far very interesting.
Though (and this is the reason of my post) Dry Bones is high key bad, I get what is being done for but its just "eh". Wonder Guard with a Dark/Ground type is just bad to many weakness for it (worse that Shedinja). Like I said I get the idea behind it, Wonder guard is hard coded 1 HP on any mon. I dont expect a change or anything, just going to put this out there. Give Dry Bones the Regenerator ability instead with low HP high Def and low Sp Def, with a possibility of learning Endure so that it can survive on 1 HP (akin to going down in a pile) you'd switch out and it regenerates (heals 33% HP on switching if that's correct) also allowing it to learn Recover would be cool as well. That way its more like its "coming back to life" type of thing, feel there would be some more viability with them then. Just a thought.
