Zam can pull that off too...almost as well too. Mewtwo can boltbeam, I'd use that, and can also make tremendous use of CM.
Ok so how would this set be:

    Psychic
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
Calm Mind??? >>>If not CM then maybe Flamethrower or something for those Steel walls/sweepers (Steelix, Metagross, etc).

    Held item???

lol i got the set off my zam..........

    That would Explain it...

    Mewtwo @ Choice specs
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball/focus blast

Off the top of my head lol...I don't know much about mewtwo, but that should hopefully work...hopefully.

EDIT: you won't be seeing steelix in ubers...and ice beam wipes it out anyways. Same with other steels, except with Tbolt. I prefer the CM set, and recover can wrok too over psychic...

All the good Mewtwos carry Aura Sphere, because it never misses, quite unlike Focus Blast.

Meh, it isn't worth it since Mewtwo is fairly fragile. Specs adds the power you need, but that's just me.

Mewtwo @ Expert Belt / Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 210 Spd / 48 HP
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball / Ice Beam
    - Shadow Ball / Aura Sphere
    - Taunt

Taunt is for stopping others from attempting to set up on Mewtwo (PHaze, status problems, etc). Both Ice Beam and Shadow Ball deal damage to a lot of other Ubers in the metagame, Aura Sphere is mainly added here to hit Blissey harder.

    Mewtwo @ Choice Specs
    Timid / Modest Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 210 Spd / 48 HP
    - Aura Sphere
    - Ice Beam / Shadow Ball
    - Grass Knot / Thunder
    - Flamethrower

This Mewtwo does serious damage to anything, and outspeeds everything expect for Deoxy-F and other Choice Scarfers. If you're playing with other Ubers, then Grass Knot hits both Groudon and Kyogre hard. Aura Sphere is an OHKO on Darkrai.

From your other thread, I could see you're having troubles with obtaining a Timid natured Mewtwo, but this set can also work with Choice Scarf, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem switching to Modest nature.
