Eh its hard to explain, there's probably a topic on here somewhere..its just values that can make your Pokemon's base stat value go up, or something to that nature, i don't fully understand it either..

Well..lets see, im 14, just got a DS on Christmas lol so i've been busy getting back into Pokemon, This gen seemed the hardest o.o" so i saw the forum on google, and said "sure why not?" and well..here i am.
