    what do u think the worst legendary is?
    i would have to that my pick would have to go to Sudowoodo now before u go crazy and say what the $#%! is he thinking Sudowoodo is so not a legendary remember only pokemon with icons are considered legendary and in G/S/C sudowoodo had a icon!
    if u mean REAL legendary pokemon i would have to say Moltres because Ho-oh is so much better
    but hey thats my opinion what do u think please REPLY!!!!!!

    I have to say the legendary birds from RBY (except zapdos) and Entei.

    Because Entei and the legendary birds have very limited movepools. Zapdos even has a limited movepool. But the moves in that movepool are actually quite useful. Ho-Oh is a destined sweeper. Lugia has the Defenses of a monster.

    Because it's not. >_<

    I don't see any legendary as the worst. But I see Moltres are underrated.
     
    Just because there's only one Pokemon in the game doesn't mean it's Legendary. For me, it's Entei. Simply because his movepool was kind of limitted from what I remember... probably not, but I had some psychological discontent towards Entei...>>
     
    Sudowoodo and Arcanine are not legendary, no matter what anyone says. The only legendaries in the game meet the following criteria: There are only one of them in the game and they cannot breed. There is only one Sudowoodo in the game, but you can breed it. Ditto and Nidorina/Nidoqueen cannot breed, but you can get more than one.

    As for the worst Legendary - Articuno, Entei, Moltres, Raikou, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Suicune, and Zapdos all tie for the worst total base stats at 580. Of that group, Entei and Registeel are at the bottom due to their limited movepool, and of the two Entei has the worst type.

    The best Legendary goes to Groudon by a land slide, or better said, a QuakeSlide.
