WiFi Names

    So what is your WiFi network's name? What are some of the interesting and/or funny WiFi names you have encountered?

    My neighbor's open network was "Jesus", so we would connect when our internet was down and be like "JESUS SAVES!"

    My internet is named valhalla and has been like that for almost four years. Our computers are all named after Norse gods and goddesses as well.

    FREYJA, BALDR, THOR, ODIN, SIGYN

    :D

    I have a generic Wi-Fi name that most people with Charter internet have; "MyCharterWiFi0-2G" . None of my neighbors or anyway nearby has a funny name for their Wi-Fi but I saw online someone who named their's "♥♥♥♥♥ get your own wi-fi" and thought it was the funniest thing ever. (Censored part = the n word by the way)

    And then this. Omg.

    There's never anything interesting in my neighbourhood, never mind Wi-Fi names. Ours is named after what was my sister's favourite fruit at the time: cherries. Kind of lame, but it's a Wi-Fi name, and she didn't put much thought into it 6-7 years ago.

    Ours is still the generic name that came with our router (TELUS4345)- I wanted to change it to something interesting, but everyone connected their devices to it right away, so I didn't bother with it.

    I've seen a few interesting WiFi names around my area, but I took a screenshot of my favorite ones on my iPod:

    Yeah, it's pretty boring. The other ones closest to me are pretty boring, the one that comes even close to funny is "Other Network"
    It could be possible that the "Other Network" is a hidden SSID. It just means that somebody is broadcasting a wifi signal, but they're choosing not to show their service-set identifier (SSID).

    I don't have any wi-fi at the moment, but when I did, its name used to be something along the lines of "MLD556," which was default. If I were to change it, I'd probably just call it Fluttershy, because... magical ponies! Who doesn't like them? To come up with something more creative, though, it would take me a lot of time.

    My router's current name is 'no feet'. When I was in the college dorms, it was 'stereo lounge virus'. I've seen some pretty hilarious ones, though. A couple of the better ones were 'SHIELD Surveilance Network', 'Stark Tower Party', 'getinmypokeball', and my dad's which is 'Where are my flamingos'. The best part about my dad's wifi is that the password is the answer to the question. 8D

    Mine is a generic, numerical name that's probably the default option. If I were to change it, I'd spend forever trying to think of a clever, funny phrase that's a play on the word 'Wi-Fi', fail miserably, and name it after one of my favorite fruits or something, haha. I've seen a few hilarious ones while at school, that's for sure n__n;
