Wholesome distributor for online business

Hi Me and my partner are trying to start an online store for pokemon card since our city and region don't have alots of option to buy pokemon card but most of the wholesales distributor are not selling to online shop do any have an idea of where or how could we get an wholesales distributor to sell us ? we been searching the web for days and we are at our last resort now.
