Who uses a Pokemon Trainer Account? (Still encountering massive issues.)

    Hey Everyone!

    Who here is using a Pokemon Trainer Account versus a Google Account?

    I committed to using my Pokemon Trainer Account (from playing TCG), but it is still unbearable! It's nearly a week since the release, and I still get the "Unable to authenticate. Please try again." more than I can log in. I get about 15 minutes of play time before the game crashes and it's back to server login errors.

    On a side note, everyone I've encountered uses a Google Account. I have yet to find someone using a Pokemon Trainer Account.

    Also, is anyone else experiencing massive connection issues, game crashing, and overall dissatisfaction. Is this specific to my area of the country? (I'm in New Jersey, 40 miles outside NYC.)

    Do users with a Google Account encounter the same issues?
     
    I am using a trainer club account. I haven't had any problems. Have you tried logging into your account from your browser, because there is something you have to agree to before you can use your account with pokémon go.
     
    Yes, I have done all that on the first day. What region are you in? I suspect my heavily populated area is a main issue.
     
    I live in a city and use trainer log-ins, was a bit dodgy yesterday but it only seems to have issues when the servers are wonky.
