Who thinks that iCarly is so bad that you want it cancelled?

I am starting to hate iCarly now, like how can it be liked by so much people? Here is the stuff I am going to discuss:
1. The Characters:
Carly- She is extremely spoiled, whiny, undeserving, and untalented little brat. She gets everything she wants. She overpowers people, even her guardians. When she doesn't get something, she says: "Why won't you get me what I want?" Is iCarly important to her? If she is real(she's fictional, played by Miranda Cosgrove), no one would like her. nigahiga is way better.
Freddie- Nothing's wrong with him, but he can't even stand up for himself when he gets attacked by Sam.
Sam- One of the worst people in this show. She acts way dramatic. She beats up people, a lot, and that she acts too tough, when she isn't. Not everyone is supposed to win at everything, and yet Sam does. WTH?
Spencer- Oh man, some parts are wrong. Why would he listen to Carly at everything? She prevents him from fencing, and it's a regular hobby. And that he acts like a real baby. He plays too much also.
Gibby- The only part is when he takes his shirt off. It's gross when someone does that, is it really necessary to do so!?
2. The Way Kids Get Influenced by this show/How much danger they are in
iCarly teaches kids how to bully others, how to disrespect people, how to overpower their legal guardians, etc. You see, the way how Sam bullies others, eat so much stuff, and does any other inappropriate thing is very strong. And they tell people where they live, WTF?! They could get attacked by a robber or the Nazis(Hyperbole).
3. The Show
They spam the laugh track every time, they tend to make stuff always good for Carly and Sam, and bad things for Freddie. It's just not fair. And every one in that show says that they like iCarly, it seems like that 1 person hates iCarly, and that only 99% of that show likes it. Not everyone(I mean a lot) is supposed to like things. Their jokes(some) are not even funny.

That's it, if you disagree, and if you want to share how more bad it is, say it. And that it's how I think, don't flame me. It's how I dislike this show. I used to like iCarly, but it got way STALE. All the staff wants is money, they don't even try hard as they did in the hit show(which I like and find good) Drake and Josh, Zoey 101, The Amanda Show, etc. I miss them, they are WAY better.

I loved watching Pokemon Black & White on Network Ten here in Australia which aired Saturday mornings at 7.30.

But then, Ten decided to move Pokemon Black & White to 6.30, which is way to early and I missed it because of sleeping in.

Why? Because of that darn iCarly!

iCarly is such a terrible show, it pushed Pokemon to a timeslot I find not suitable for me and I am so not a fan of Miranda Cosgrove (the actress who plays Carly).

I'll never watch Pokemon again unless Ten gets rid of iCarly and moves Pokemon to a timeslot that I find suitable.

I hate iCarly! Haters gonna hate!

Simple. The characters are either pushovers or god mods. That's really all you can say about the show. You can't say that that's the only show that doesn't seem to try anymore, though. There are plenty of worse shows, as gone over in the thread about Disney Channel shows.

Hikari, your reasons for disliking the show have little to nothing to do with the show. Your main problem with it seems to just be the time slot. I don't really find that a great reason to say you hate the show...there's no real substance behind your reason. However, I can agree to disliking Miranda Cosgrove. She's not really a good actress at all, lol.

My beef with the show is that it makes everything seem good. The actual web show within the show seems to have no haters (with the exception of Neville, and I think someone else I'm forgetting?), just fans. And EVERYONE knows about it. In real life, you can talk to someone about certain YouTubers and they still might now know who you're talking about. Everyone in iCarly knows the iCarly gang. I mean, I guess with the show name being that, it's to be expected, but it's just so...unrealistic, and makes them seem on par with celebrities like Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, who everyone knows about. Just...bleh. I don't like the show, but if it's on and there's nothing else tolerable on, I'll just watch it. It's not so bad to where it's intolerable, but that doesn't save it from me wishing it was scrapped.

Well I don't watch that much but I still have some thoughts to say.

On the danger to kids thing.. I think you are overreacting here.
Remember it is a comedy and plus both Carly and Freddie tell her continuously what she does is wrong.
And she has had to pay the price for her actions.

And well the characters I believe are fine how they are.
Each character represents a completely different personality to make the show enjoyable.
It also shows how people who are different can be the best of friends.

However I do agree that the iCarly world is way too much lollipops and rainbows.
As said in real life there would be a lot of haters on the show.
They really need to try think of new interesting episodes because as you mentioned they are not of a very high standard any more.

But one last thing... Miranda Cosgrove is hot ;D

I used to watch this show, and it was good. Back the nthe only thing that bothered me was Jerry Trainer, and he still bothers me. I don't like his acting or his character, both aren't very strong, imo.

Victorious took the 8am slot so they needed to put icarly at 7:30 and earlier this year icarly was at 8am and pokemon dp sinnoh leauge victors was on at 7:30am

Not many 14 year old girls have live web shows, but as far as I know, there really are art-focused high schools and such. Maybe not as...what's the word...eh, whatever, not as wacky as the one Tori goes to in the show, but they still exist. ...Maybe I just like music based shows. lol However, Victoria Justice is terrible live. Anyone watch the Kid's Choice Awards? Before it started, she sang...and I was like...gurl. Should have gotten Ariana Grande up there. Cough.
