Basically SD is your friend here, Stone Edge and EQ for STAB

Trait: Solid Rock or whatever it's called
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Megahorn
- Focus Punch
Focus punch lols at skarm...no typo. With max attack and a CB, it'll REALLY dent it. you could always use avalanche or something else, but this is my prefered set.
