4th Gen Which game should I get?

I hope this is the right place.
I play my games on my GBA. Now I'm finally getting a DS and don't know whether to get Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum. What are the differences? Which is your favorite?

I recommed Diamond because if you get Dialga it is the strongest of the trio.
Platinum is the newest one i am only up to the 5th gym. And you get Girantta as the legendary. But it all comes down to your choice of what you want to pick out of them.

If you get diamond you can get diagla and giratinas :D But I recommend platnium since you can trade and play game with people that have the newest ones HG/SS

Platinum is a longer game and i personally think it is a bit better and i recommend it but its up to u bu there no difference in diamond and pearl they are the exact same game so if it is a decision between them i got diamond only cause Dialga is better than palkia.

PLATINUM
DIAMOND
PEARL

I have played and beaten pokemon platinum, diamon and perl. They are all good but Platinum is the best (even though i have not yet finished it)

Yes, Platinum is a better all-round game, Diamond and Pearl are just Platinum Lite, basically. Of the three, I would suggest you go for Platinum.
