where do you get time flute

You really should use the simple question thread for this and just because someone has answered in awhile give them time.

To answer ur question i dont think there is one as u have the purify chamber.

Theres a yellow flute though that can heal confusion
 
There is no time flute in Pokemon XD. Only in Coloseum.

If it's to do with purifying Shadow Lugia, then you must get nine perfect tempos in the purifying chamber. Lugia's heart gauge will instantly turn white.
