4th Gen Where can I find a Feebas in Sinnoh (Diamond)?

I've been looking all over Mt. Cornet for this Feebas but I keep reeling in Magikarp and Barboach :(

It's location changes daily, I think. You have to try all those ponds in the Mountain. Or get one off the GTS.

There is only one "pond" in Mt. Coronet. It is a large lake in a room where you need Defog in. Feebas is found in EXACTLY four tiles in the lake, but the tiles change every day. You will need a fishing pole.
