    make it cursepert, hes a beast:

    Swampert@Chesto Berry
    Trait: Torrent
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/ 172 ATK/ 80 DEF

    Earthquake
    Rock Slide/Stone Edge
    Curse
    Rest

    just curse up until hes about to die, then rest.
    he'll wake up cause of the chesto berry and then sweep away.
    Earthquake and rock slide hit almost everything for at least nuetral damage. if you want you can go with the more powerful but unreliable stone edge, personally, i use rock slide.
     
    No, Cursing until death fails because the hugest fear is a pseudohazer/hazer that can foil all your plans.

    Especially Perish Singers
     
    I think I'll use penguins swampert
     
    There are two basic Swampert sets: Cursepert and mixed Swampert.

    Cursepert:

    Swampert @ Chesto Berry
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Atk
    - Curse
    - Earthquake
    - Waterfall/Avalanche
    - Rest

    Basically, wait until his counters (mainly special sweepers) and hazers are out of the way, curse up, and continue to wreck havoc.

    The other Swampert is a bit less original, but it works, and also makes up for his huge (yet only) weakness:

    Swampert @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
    Relaxed Nature
    EVs: 252 HP, others are up to preference
    - Earthquake
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
