havent u ever wondered how u can fly across the world on a pidgey,

i want to know what Flying pokemon u think u should be able to fly on and what pokemon u think u should not be able to fly on,
if u dont want to do all flying types then how about just what pokemon u should be able to fly on, i can think of alot more no's then yes's

    like,

    Yes: aerodactyl, etc
    no: pidgey, swablu, spearow etc

You can use dragon types, flying types and diffrent half half breeds as far as I know. I'm just wondering how they all have such crazy stamina. :)

I tend to use Charizard xD

I find the flying Pikachus kind of odd. :/

Crobat tends to be my primary flyer in the games...logical enough, seeing as that thing has something of a five-foot wingspan and is noted for its aerial stamina. :P

...but why oh why did its lesser evolved forms get access to Fly when they're both smaller than it. Golbat is noted as being too clumsy to fly on its own, so how the hell can it carry a person? Zubat looks like it can comfortably fit in my pocket. >_>

Anything that isn't half your size ._.

my primary flier is usually one of the Pigeon pokés. Staraptor, Pidgeot etc. (even though Staraptor isn't really a Pigeon) xD

It would be funny if you could Fly on a 8 inch tall Natu xD
And Flying on Mew would be odd...

And Doduo and Dodrio don't even have wings!

    And Chatot is pretty small.

There are tons that you couldn't really Fly on.

Salamence and Flygon are my fliers in emerald, swellow could take me for about a meter then snap under my weight. xD

for me its a kind of bitter sweet deal, i like just capturing a lv3 pidgey with a pokeball just to teach it fly and not having to train it but it feels weird.

to me it feels like putting a cheat in a videogame. saves u time but doesn't feel right

Here's my thoughts. I've gone ahead and listed all the flying types and some pokemon with wings. Do you guys agree? Did I forget anyone?

Yes: Charizard, Pidgeot, Fearow, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Dragonite, Noctowl, Crobat, Xatu, Scizor, Mantine, Skarmory, Lugia, Ho-oh, Tropius, Flygon, Salamence, Rayquaza, Staraptor, Togekiss, Yanmega, Gliscor

Maybe small children, Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeotto, Scyther, Ledian, Beautifly, Pelipper, Altaria, Latias, Latios, Vespiquen, Drifblim, Honchkrow

Never: Pidgey, Spearow, Zubat, Farfetch'd, Doduo(no wings), Dodrio(no wings), Hoothoot, Ledyba, Togetic, Natu, Hoppip, Skiploom, Jumpluff, Yanma, Murkrow, Gligar, Delibird, Tallow, Swellow(surprisingly small!), Wingull, Masquerain, Ninjask, Swablu, Starly, Staravia, Mothim, Combee, Drifloon, Chatot, Mantyke, Shaymin

    Debatable:
Golbat (it's five feet, but as said above it's clumsy)
Vibrava (Shown in the anime, but the pokedex says it's ineffiecient at flight)
Some other legendaries. Mewtwo for example is shown flying and with its size should be able to support a human. Then there's like giratina, deoxys, etc.

    Anything is possible in the PKMN world. :L Though it is kind of odd having a tiny little Swablu carrying you in flight... what do you do anyway? Hold onto it's feet or stand on it's back with one foot? xD;

Except I'm a chick haha, but thanks! It took some time.
@Zebeedoo, it is true that anything is posible since the whole word defys logic. Wasn't there a comic where somebody did the one foot thing?

I would ask my Flygon to fly me to Europe. It shouldn't be that long of a ride. At least I wouldn't have to ride a car or an airplane anymore. There's always the other option of having a 100 Pidgeys fly me across the world in 100 days. For everyday, I would release one Pidgey until I reach Virginia with only one left. He and she would then be named Skysee.

Fly is not called fly in japan it is called Sky Jump which explains Doduo and Dodrio.

hehheh, I't wouldn't be fun trying to fly on a natu

I'll ussually make a crobat or dragonite in the games

I think, pokemon that can not support a human in flight are...Pidgey, Spearow, Taillow, Murkrow, but yeah, all those lil birdies and other small pokemon ~

Else I guess the others are fine, I mainly use Ho-oh or Articuno to fly accross the lands xD
    I would have loved to fly on a Gyarados...It's Water/Flying type afterall ! /shot
