As far as I know, there's no official game with that title that has been released, so it sounds like an illegitimate copy. I'm not sure what TPP stands for, but maybe Twitch Plays Pokemon? If so, it could be a release using some sort of hacked/altered rom used for the Twitch Plays Pokemon feed a couple of years ago, or something else along those lines.
If you're looking for authentic main-series Pokemon games, you'll probably want to go with either X/Y/OR/AS for 3DS, or the virtual console re-releases of Red, Blue, and Yellow on the 3DS eShop.

I don't have a 3DS. I bought the color, primarily for nostalgia, but also because it was cheaper and I wanted to get into repairing an modifying vintage handhelds. Since I've had a GBC before that is what I started with. So, yeah...
In any case, this happened really fast, and I thought I had missed a bullet, but the game got really glitchy right around when I got to Cerulean City Keeps freezing on me. I tried three other games and all but Spider Man worked fine on it. I just got these games in the mail so I was trying them as well and I am not surprised that one did not work. I might try to fix it, but it just does not boot. In any case, I sucked it up and ordered a yellow Game Pak from eBay that specified a new save battery.
Is there a legit English green version? or are those all fakes to? I figured out that the Pink version is another fake, thank God not the hard way like the TPP. I'll keep the TPP around long enough to try and get some Pokemon off of it and then I'll sell it for parts on eBay and try to get some of my money back.
