The title pretty much says it all. Try to discuss unconfirmed features, as opposed to things that Niantic has already has confirmed will be added (trading, Gen 2, etc.)
Personally, this is what I want:
Catch Map- To all you people who downloaded this game within the first week: Remember how at the bottom of the screen when you look at a Pokemon a mini map of where the Pokemon was caught showed up? I would love to see that added again. I feel that Pokemon Go is about exploring the outside world, so it was nice to see everywhere in the world that you caught a Pokemon
Pokestop Map- This kind of builds off of the idea above. Like I said, Pokemon Go is about traveling to new locations and exploring the environment. This may not help gameplay at all, but I would love to have a list of every Pokestop that you have visited, with its picture.
Pickup- In the main series Pokemon games, Pokemon like Zigzagoon have an ability called Pickup, which gives the Pokemon a random help item occasionally. With the buddy system being a thing, it would be cool if your buddy Pokemon occasionally finds an item to give to you as you walk around with it.
Friends- Pokemon Go is a game that is partially about connecting with people in your community. What if there was a system where you could add a player to your friends list and they appear on your map (don't worry, there could be a private mode where you disappear from the map)? I would like to see this added because maybe if you meet someone in your community, you could add them to your friend list and see them on your map when you are out catching Pokemon. You could find that person and meet with them again because you saw them on the map. Niantic could also give activities to do when you are near a person, such as exchange items, have a battle, or trade Pokemon.
New Items- I have several new item ideas for Pokemon Go:
Master Ball- When you hit max level, you get lots of rewards, but nothing new or special. It would be cool if you obtain a Master Ball at max level, especially if legendaries are going to implemented any time soon.
Super Egg Incubator- Maybe a bit of a gimmick, but it would be nice to be able to obtain an egg incubator that halves to amount of distance needed to hatch an egg (10K becomes 5K, %K becomes 2.5K, and 2K becomes 1K).
Ether- When battling in gyms, there are many times that you really need your super move, so you want that blue bar to fill ASAP. What if an item could be used to instantly fill up your Pokemon's blue bar? Hence you have the Ether.
