Maybe try a special version of the standard Electivire?

Mild/Hasty Nature
EVs: 252 Speed/200 SAtk/58 Atk
Flamethrower
Thunderbolt
Brick Break/Cross Chop
Psychic/HP Ice
Yeah, self-explanatory, Brick Break for Blissey coming in trying to wall you. It's the complete opposite of Vire, and I'm gonna raise one like this soon. I'm suprised it isn't used as much.

EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 220 Spd / 38 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Punch / Cross Chop
- Flamethrower / Lava Plume
- Hidden Power Ice / Will-O-Wisp
I'd rather you not not use a Choice item on Magmortar, Sandstream / Stealth Rock will screw it.
Along with prediction on your side, pretty much nothing switches into this safely. HP Ice takes care of Dragon types, however, WoW scares them away too. Focus Punch / Cross Chop hurts Blissey and Rock types.
