When I hook back up to my gamecard, it gives my watts to the game, if I'm not mistaken. (I've only hooked back up like twice) Do they turn into money, something else, or what?

tbh, i dunno. I have the Japanese one, and I was wondering myself.

    I guessed it does nothing.

Serebii doesn't say either. It's a rip if it just takes my watts whenever I link back up.
Oh, and I'll post in the help. Srry

I think watt (pun intended... hahahaha *shot*) happens is when the wattage on the game card increases to a certain amount, it unlocks a new course.

Whenever I return from a stroll and I have leftover watts, it says "__ required to unlock the next course." Im assuming thats their only use outside of the pokewalker.

OOOOH it must be so that even if you use watts, your total collected still counts towards unlocking!
So say you gain 10 watts, then use them on pokeradar, it still counts towards unlocking the next course!

No,I'm pretty sure if you spend watts in the pokewalker, then they won't still be there when you transfer.I tested it out a few times.

Yeah, I just did too. If only it did work that way. :/

if you have unused watts on your walker when you return they get added to your games total and then you unlock courses at certain points, 50, 150, 500, 1000 etc

Use the HGSS Help thread sticky next time, please.

Answered - unused ones get added on towards being able to unlock courses. Closed.
