[Discussion] What are some of your favorite cards?

My favorites have to be Southern Islands Mew and Here Comes Team Rocket! (1st edition holo), followed by Vending Series Eevee, Neo Revelation Raikou (holo), and Fossil Raichu (Japanese holo) in no particular order. Here's a montage of my favorite cards (that I own) I put together a couple months ago:

I also love the bootleg sticker cards that used to come in vending machines. I actually prefer them over a lot most of my real cards! My favorite is probably this Southern Islands Wartortle that I bought last year to replace the one my dad got me as a kid that I sadly traded away.

As far as cards that I don't and have never owned (but are within the realm of possibility), some of my "favorites" include Neo Revelation Ho-oh (7/64), Crystal Ho-Oh, Neo Genesis Sneasel, Morty's Misdreavus, Karen's Umbreon, this Latios & Latias jumbo, and, just because I like moths and Ice-types, this Shiny Frosmoth.

Neo Genesis Sneasel is a really good one, and a card I definitely find myself gravitating towards. It's just so nice-looking!

I've been loving many of Megumi Mizutani's cards lately. They have a very sleek and nice art style. <3 Notable favorites being Silvally GX:

At first, I was going to give a basic answer of "Promo Pikachu for the 25th anniversary", the one that could be found in boxes of cereal. Trying to find that card was one of the bigger signs that I still had some interest in Pokemon, and seeing the 8th generation monsters made me curious!

But I think my favorite card has to be base set Hitmonchan.

No matter when I see this card, even after years later, it brings back all the memories I have of my old TCG league. That was my first taste of a Pokemon-centered community, and it was a positive one. Hitmonchan was one of the main cards in my Haymaker deck. We defeated so many opponents and won so many badges back in those days.

I still have all four (!) of my Hitmonchan cards. One of them is scratched-up because I found it in a parking lot, but that's fine with me. I'm not holding on to them for the money.

Pulling out my old card album, I'll have to say that Primal Groudon EX is another favorite. Only because of how that card looks.

Ampharos is one of my favourite Pokémon.
Things with a morally dark tone are my jam.
I like imports from other countries.

So my partner got me Dark Ampharos and it's japanese version too.
