Weird moves that certain mons can/cannot learn

Yep, it's one of those threads. So basically what are some moves that certain mons can or cannot learn that are just boggling?

Druddigon. Has a tail, can learn Iron tail. Breaking swipe. Explained to be an attack using a hard tail. Druddigon cannot learn Breaking swipe. WHY?

As for the other side, every quadruped creature capable of learning Close combat. I got a Close combat TR in Shield, to teach it to my Gallade, and then found out my Tauros can learn it. HOW? How does a Tauros, something that is seemingly always on all fours, suddenly start punching the shit out of the opponent despite the lack of fists, how?

Did you know Fearow can't learn Brave Bird, but somehow can learn Throat Chop? Somehow Snorlax still doesn't get Slack Off, yet Chimchar, Monferno, and Mr. Rime do. Polteageist can't learn Scald either. Weird.

shout out to all normal types that can learn shit like thunder, fire blast, blizzard, etc. they're "normal" and yet are capable of learning these extraordinary moves. i'm looking at you, rattata.

I love the idea that Diglett can learn not only Scratch, but Slash and Shadow Claw as well. Extra points for Alolan Diglett being able to learn Metal Claw.

oh shit i forgot the absolute greatest weird move of all. in games where teleport is a TM, you can teach it to arcanine. just imagine this big ass fire dog fucking teleporting like poof. zap. he's Gone. yes i may or may not have taught mine teleport just because i Can

Sharpedo and Yungoos can learn Earthquake but Zekrom and Entei can't

Emboar can learn Scald, not sure why. Also Keldeo can't learn Ice Beam, which most Water types can learn.

I'm also not sure why Elgyem and Beheeyem can learn Steel Wing, it makes no sense to teach it to them as it is a Physical move when they both favour Special attacks, nor does it make any sense for them to be able to learn it in the first place considering they don't even have wings

Bronzong, a literal bell, cannot learn Heal Bell. However, Poochyena and Mightyena can (Granted, only through Purified Shadow Pokemon in XD: Gale of Darkness).

I find it very weird that Obstagoon can learn Bullet Seed through TR. What's it gonna do, steal the closest watermelon and cram it down its throat? It's just- no.

I pictured it as more of sunflower seeds? Either way, it doesn't work very well.
