Wailord evolution?

    Have you ever thought of that? Some may say "it's big enough", but Onix is "big enough" as well, and has an evolution. It doesn't have to grow much, or rise it's HP stat much either. I would like a Wailord evolution that would be an Ice-type as well, with base 60+ defenses and Thick Fat trait.
     
    What would it evolve into, though? I can't think of anything much different, except for a killer whale type-thing. Or maybe a narwhal?
    Nahh, I don't think Wailord needs an evolution.
     
    A bowhead whale. Beeing an arctic-only whale makes sense for adding Ice-typing.
     
    Maybe a split evolution for wailmer. Wailord is too big already and all evolutions grow in size.
     
    No, I think if it had a split evo it would be more slim and feminine maybe.
     
    Maybe change it up and make it evolve into something real small with killer stats. But no evo is needed.
     
    Wailord? Split Wailmer evo please, maybe one that is not defensively retarded.

    Like a whale is ever going to be skinny.

    I'm against introducing pointless evolutions on Wailord or Wailmer. I like them just the way they are. Wailord's evolutionary line is known for their size, and that's a first for Pokemon. I don't want to alter it in any way. :S

    Not all pokemon do.
    Porygon 2 is actually SMALLER than Porygon.

    & I think wailord should have a evo.
    it don't HAVE to change sizes, just make it (& especially it's stats)
    more impressive.

    Wailord is too big for its evolution.

    I think an alternate form would be nice, like Castform and Wormadam. :D
     
    An evolution for Wailord would seem a little silly to me. Almost all evolutions result in a larger Pokémon, with the except of Porygon, as Porygon-Z stated. However, it fits for the Porygon evolutions because technology get's smaller as it progresses.
    It would be nice if Wailord has some more ice-type like qualities, but the idea of another evolution is kind of out of the question.
