Is it worth using as a competitive pokemon?

If so what should its moveset look like? I think it has same unique moves in its movepool...to make a good tank?

I wouldn't use it in the OU environment... way too many pokes carry Stone Edge which Vespi is 4x weak to

Anyway I have my Vespiquen set out like this

-Defend Order
-Toxic

Sure it ain't the best since it has no attacking moves, but with Toxic it can place some nasty status on a team, and if something switches in that your team is having trouble with, use Destiny
