Well I was wondering if Umbreon ever appears in the anime, and if so, what sesaon and/or episode?

Yeap. Umbreon has shown up in the anime. In fact to be more specific it was Gary's Umbreon. The ep showed Ash and Gary battling, Gary using his Umbreon.
I do not remember what the ep was called but I think, correct me if I am wrong which I think I am, but it was season 5 (?????)

That episode with Gary was called "Power Play". Also, Umbreon had cameos in the episodes in Johto with Sakura and her sisters. I think they were both called... "Trouble's Brewing" and "Espeon, Not Included".
That's all I can think of. Oh... what about the Aerodactyl Hoso special? Was Gary's Umbreon in that too? I can't remember.

Yeah, Umbreon's primary appearances were all in fourth season. So yeah, I haven't seen it lately but that's okay as the focus is more important to the Hoenn Pokes currently.
So yeah. All Year Four. Kinda fifth season with the Kimono sisters. But I don't count that as that's recurring.

In "Power Play" Umbreon was more invole in because the others with Sakura and her sister, Umbreon had to share the spot light with the other eevee evoutions. In "Power Play" that use to show Gray again and to show off his new Umbreon and what can it do.

Pretty much, yeah. Not to much to elaborate on, because beyond the return of the Kimono Sisters, don't see Umbreon beyond Gary's.
The issue is kinda resolved but I'll leave it open in case we missed an episode.

Erm... might have been a flashback to her sister's pokemon. I didn't know why you wanted to know so I just said any episode that had a picture of one in it. Some people ask these questions for drawing references and such.
