hwow do i i have him iwth full happiness but he wont evolve what is wrong

tyrogue doesnt evolve with happiness. He evolves at a certain level and what he evolves into depends on his sp. atk, and sp. def. I believe if he has higher sp. atk, he evovles into hitmonlee, sp. def, hitmonchan, and if equal, hitmontop. Im not sure on the atk/def i might have 'em mixed

if anyone else can help me plz do

Tyrouge evolves at level 20 depending on his stats.

If his Attack is higher than his defense, he evolves into Hitmonlee.

If his Defense is higher than his attack, he evolves into Hitmonchan.

If his Attack and Defense stats are equal, he evolves into Hitmontop.

You may need to modify his stats with Protein or Iron to get the right stats for the desired evolution.

oh my bad, i thought it was sp. atk and def not reg atk and def, so i guess just go with what barker said :P

I strongly recoment that you try and get hitmontop first. at level 19, level his stats with iron a all that stuff. level 20 : evolve. Hey Presto.

My Hitmontop trick: Keep Tyrouge Lv. 19 with Equal Attack and Defense.
    Save.
Use Rare Candy (or gain enough EXP.) to level it up to Level 20.
Notice what stats go up (Specificly Attack and Defense).
    Watch it evolve.
    Turn off.
Go back to where you saved.
    Give it one Protien/Carbos.
    Level it up again.
    Watch it evolve into Hitmontop!

My solution: EV Train, EV Train and EV Train even more. I'm goin for Hitmonlee because I need him for my Pokedex, so I'm trainin my Tyrogue in the B1 of Mt. Moon, where it's 100% wild Paras, so I get 1 atk ev point every time i kill one.

It's a little bit challenging because I think my Tyrogue's nature favors defense over attack, and I already have a Hitmonchan... :\ I picked the wrong Hitmon at the Dojo because Hitmonchan's stats suck, and his Elemental Punches are a joke with his poor S.Atk. (Note: This is on FireRed, where the elem. punches aren't physical attks)

Umm... These are the Diamond and Pearl Threads, not the Firered thread.

EV training is useless, now that you can buy vitimans and give them 10 EVs for every one they eat. They can only eat 10 times, though.
