As the title suggests, place your top three most anger inducing animes and why that is. It can be because of a pairing, a certain scene, art style, or even plot. (Note that this is not a list of top 3 worst animes, the anime doesn't have ti be bad!)

    1) Legend of Legendary Heroes: This anime really made me angry after I finished it. After around ep 14, they started making a hundred subplots, and literally none of them are solved at the end of the series. Granted, there is a manga, I at least expect an ending to the anime. Even more anger inducing was that the creator actually called everything in the anime the "prologue" to the actual plot. A 26 EPISODE PROLOGUE. It wouldn't have been bad if I didn't like the anime to start with, but I actually really liked the anime and wanted more from it, unfortunately it came out in 2006 and no plans have been made to reboot the series.

Deadman's Wonderland did the same, though it was 12 episodes and had very few plots. The ending to it didn't scream cliffhanger to the same extent.

    2) Guilty Crown: This anime was frustrating. The ending was chaotic and completely stupid and rushed. The main character had the personality of seaweed, and the main female lead was like a mannequin. The anime also had a similar plot to Code Geass, except with infinitely worse characters. I can't explain what made me angry about this anime without spoilers. I'd still recommend people see it though, as it wasn't that bad overall.

    3) Attack on Titan and Kill la Kill: These animes hit an anger chord for me. Both have the same reason. I do not mind being suggested animes. There is nothing wrong with saying an anime is good. I hate when people force an anime on me as if it was the messiah of Japanese animated culture. These two animes were not suggested to me, they were forced down my throat with constant promotion. "What do you mean you haven't watched it?" "How could you say you enjoy watching anime if you havent seen these?!" "Dude, this is the best anime ever, just watch it"

Backstory on 3: I wait for popular animes to get dubbed (shut up, I prefer being able to listen as I watch, and I tend to watch anime while playing games or doing work) before I watch them. KlK and SNK were so popular, I was sure they would be dubbed eventually (and I'm hella patient). This didn't ride well with my impatient, and rather annoying friends (along with my ex). They hyped the shows up so much, that when I got the chance to watch them dubbed, I was utterly disappointed. Not to say the shows are bad (they really aren't), but they are not the best around, and neither of them were in my genre.

    None, because "animes" doesn't exist.

Ok, let's put aside my hate for that word and let's go to business.

    1) Aku no Hana - They ****ed up pretty interesting manga by adding crappy experimental animation

    2) Attack on Eotenas - Just no. This series is bad and everyone should feel bad for watching it

    3) Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne—!! - I still remember how I almost threw up when they put the yaoi scene there.

Golden Time - I really don't know about this anime. I can't put my finger on why i hate it so much. It's just has a really weird plot. Boy who loses his memories is in college with his high school crush and eventually meets a girl in which they end up going out. Then he finally remembers bits and pieces of his memory and it gets really weird. Just an uncomfortable vibe i guess.

Kissxsis - Hate it. Don't ask me why just do.

Recently, My Sister is Unusual - It's so meh. It's another sister-brother love complex and sometimes it's just too corny for me.

    1. Deadman Wonderland - They make it seem like something big is gonna happen at the end, but they stop. They just stop and didn't continue the series (or at least not that I'm aware of). It's too bad because I really liked the whole "using blood as a weapon" kinda thing they had going on.

    2. ChaoS;HEAd - First of all, how2grammar. The title is probably something deep and symbolic, but it's just illiterate bs to me. The main reason I didn't like this anime was because the protagonist is a potato throughout the whole anime, and when he finally chooses to do something at the end, he just god-mods his way to victory.

It's like Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, except he doesn't have the redeeming quality of being a kawaii school girl.

    3. Euraka Seven AO - I'm waiting this whole time to see some continuity from the original series (aside from a few mentions of Eureka), and then halfway through they tell us
    Spoiler:
Not to mention the plot holes here and there, and the fact they like to use the Quartz Gun to deus-ex their way out of some key problems. If those were the only problems, it wouldn't be a half bad standalone anime. It's got a pretty sick soundtrack, after all. I'm just mad that this series has the audacity to masquerade as a sequel to Eureka Seven.

    For me it's these ones.

1 - Kanokon - It felt like there was little to no actual plot, the characters felt like cardboard cutouts, the setting made about as much sense as watching Pee Wee's Playhouse without being under the influence of hallucinogenics, and the ending left such a horrible taste in my mouth that I felt like I would have lost less brain cells by doing nothing but drinking moonshine, bashing my head against a tree, listening to Lil Wayne, taking Fox News seriously, and browsing 4chan's /b/ board for a month straight.

2 - Rosario Vampire - See my reasons for Kanokon only to a far, far worse degree.

3 - Boku No Pico - No form of black magic could create something this evil. Just don't ask why, you'll be doing yourself the favor of a lifetime by staying ignorant about this one.

If Boku No Pico doesn't count, then I'd have to say Naruto since it's the first thing to come to mind when it comes to convoluted headaches. And this is coming from someone who used to really like this particular series too.

@Satoshi: Oh god, you sat through Oniichan no Koto Nanka too? There there, I know your pain man.

Getting angry at harem****. I don't understand, you should know what you're getting in for surely.

Also complaining about cardboard cutout characters with a Kurisu avatar. Whoa.

That's because I made the mistake of taking those shows seriously when first watching them, even afterwards I couldn't find myself to bring about the slightest of chuckles. So from either perspective, it felt like I was watching Nicki Minaj recite Mozart while Justin Timberlake was in the background juggling a group of chimps that were just released from taste testing in a meth lab. Weird as all hell but it felt like it was getting more agonizing with each passing minute.

Never said that she was or wasn't, that and this theme was pulled at random seeing how I had my previous theme for some time and it began to feel a tad old. Also, no cardboard cutout can even be as remotely as annoying as the ones in the first 2 shows that I mentioned and even if there are ones that do surpass them in annoyance, I dread the day when I actually find such abominations.

1, Death Note - After an immensely good anime which had everything we could have ever asked for from it we get the biggest steaming pile of crap ending ever, We have a guy who can copy someones handwriting perfectly with 0 errors whatsoever and it only took him one night, You get Light who goes crazy because his plan fails which doesn't fit his character at all. All in all the whole anime was ruined for me by the terrible ending.

2, Date a Live II, The only reason I hate this anime is because season 1 was so good then they changed the art style for season 2 and completely ruined it.

3, Darker than Black: Ryuusei no Gemini, The first season of DTB has to be my favourite season of any anime ever! and when I was ready to watch season 2 I was well and truly hyped for another amazing season. Instead I got Hei becoming an alcoholic and then seemingly just stop, child abuse and lack of linking to the first season. We have some wild storyline which is never touched on once throughout the second season and it takes a special OVA inorder for us to find out what actually happens between season 1 and 2. I have rewatched Season 1 of DTB many times but will never be rewatching season 2.

Boku no Pico... okay, my pain feels low in comparison now =D

Guess I'm seriously the only one who likes "2nd" season of DtB :D

I might make some people mad with my choices, But I'm not gonna lie just to keep in a good light.

1: Sword Art Online: Where do I begin? I first watched this back when everyone was really hyping it up few months ago, I was curious so I watched the Japanese sub of it. I hated the main Character Kirito so freaking much. To me It felt like the Writers were trying to make a character more Edgy than a Golem made out of Razor Blades, And it didn't fit the feel of this Video game world at all. They took everything too seriously and didn't really give us any breathing room except for a couple episodes midway through the season. I did however end up watching a bit of the Dub and I have to say, The English voice actor does an INFINITELY better job than the Japanese one. You could feel a bit of lightheartedness in his voice rather than the onslaught of edge the Japanese one gave us.

The way the anime like to skip a ton of time in between episodes also put me off quite a bit, They never showed much of just day to day life, especially at the beginning. When I watch an anime, I want to know exactly how the world works, The environment is one of the most interesting aspects for me, but they failed to do this. Oh, And Duel wielding is a mythical ability that only one person can learn, Really? -__-

All my problems and wishes with the first season however were Flipped completely around with the Second season though. Initially I was really intrigued, I love the feywild as a setting and they started off by showing off more of how the world works. This is offset though by this Mustashe Twirling, Silly Villain. Yes, I wanted a bit of leightheartedness, But this was just whiplash. Every time I see this, Creepy guy address the "Powerful" female character they established in the previous season as the writers stick her in a birdcage making her just another damsel in distress. Ugh...

I don't completely hate this Anime. There is just a lot of lost potential in there and it makes me angry!

2: Naruto Shippuden: I'm just going to say right now, I still watch this anime, And it's gotten better in the past few weeks, Especially the last episode with how they actually gave Sakura some Respect. Not to mention they've addressed some of my major complaints recently. But god has this Anime Run on my nerves for several years now.

I LOVE the original Naruto. It had wonderful characters, a wonderful feel, amazing music, great animation, and It knew exactly how to balance the Lightheartedness with the Serious moments. Shippuden however, fails to deliver on several of these fronts. You remember all these amazing characters you met back in the Chunin Exams back in Naruto, And how despite the arc being over you still saw them quite often? Not in Shippuden, the only times you really see them there is when it would be a literal crime to storytelling if you leave them out. Oh, And I guess you see them in filler, But I tend to avoid that like the plague after the Original Naruto's 75 Episodes of consecutive filler.

In Shippuden it really feels like they lost their Balance of Lightheartedness and Serious moments. It's like they kept the same amount of seriousness as before but replaced the Lightheartedness with even more flashbacks than the original!

Oh, And the part that made me the most angry? To the point where I stopped watching it for a couple years? Well, Spoilers:
    Spoiler:

As I said, I love Naruto, It was my first Anime and I'll continue watching it, and it has gotten better in recent episodes. But a large part of me wishes that it would just end and the story would follow some new characters. Implying the Writers have learned from their past mistakes, Which it seems like they have.

3: Hunter X hunter: Remember how I said I stopped watching Naruto after I got furious with it? Well I went off and tried to find some other anime I would watch instead to replace Naruto. This is where I came across hunter X hunter. I'm gonna make this one short and sweet. When it was back in the Hunter Exams, I was hooked, It was kinda cool how these people progressed through these challenges without some magical MacGuffen. Right when they Introduced Nen however, I just Stopped. No, I don't want another Naruto to happen...

Okay I lied, I watched a bit further. Up until the... Big... Villain... People... And that person with the Demonic Vacuum Cleaner? I dunno but it wa just kinda ruined for me when the solution to all problems became "Just use more of the Magical MacGuffin" It has less rules than Chakra in Naruto, And that's saying something.

This is the only Anime on the list that I still have Real harsh feeling over. I know it's #3 but it disappointed me more than made me angry.

They have shared screen time since but they've kind of been fighting some of the big bads of the series. She'll win the Naruto later on.

About HxH, it's similar to Naruto kinda because the author(Kishimoto) took some stuff from HxH.
Also about the powers, the show still is a shounen so it has some sort of power.

It has less rules than Chakra in Naruto, And that's saying something.

Ironic because Nen is based on rules and limitation - differences being they're personal limits not generalisations like Naruto (plus, plenty of people who ignore Chakra Limits. Constantly).

I don't think I have three to get angry about, but boy SAO has disappointed me. I liked the premise, and there have been some really good episodes, but a lot of the time the focus seems odd or the pacing is slow. SAO's first season could have been fluffed up a bit, they could have filled a few more episodes rather than rush through - hell, we're seeing now that there is quite a lot 'missed' from the original arc.

The majority of characters are dull as dishwater, Kirito hasn't really progressed from the original SAO days (maximum level permanently hurrah) and even the change from swords to guns proved zero difficulty for the all-mighty Kirito. Annoying. Annnoyyyying. I like to see characters struggle, at least a tiny bit.

    1. Digimon Boy Hunters: Only 4-5 episodes actually have any plot, on all others it's just a "Gotta Catch Em All" where Tagiru captures a Digimon and it is never mentioned again.

    2. Pokemon: At least produce new protagonists if every episode is going to be the same.

    3. Naruto: SO MUCH FILLER

ad SAO: English voice actor does better job just because he sounds more lighthearted... the hell? You know that it only means that he doesn't portrait Kirito correctly, right? The first SAO season had Kirito in pretty dire situations and if he took it lightheartedly, readers/watchers wouldn't know how the players actually felt while being trapped there.

And the skipping... that's normal for LN adaptations. But SAO even as LN was never that much about normal life.

ad Naruto: I feel the same but it's pretty much because the quality of manga drops due to being prolonged for too long.

I know this now >_< I should have done some more research behind it.
I guess it just came at a really bad time for me. I was really frustrated with the bull that Naruto pulled on me that I was looking for something to replace it. The first season or so I absolutely loved.

Maybe if I watched it again I'd be more happy with it, but it just made me so angry.

Ironic because Nen is based on rules and limitation - differences being they're personal limits not generalisations like Naruto (plus, plenty of people who ignore Chakra Limits. Constantly).
Ironic I know, And I might be unfair to it. (Especially considering I admittedly hold a grudge against it.)
But the main problem for me it's that all you have to do is create rules for yourself and Tadah, You get more power. Heck, This was one of the main plot points of the... Third season?
    The one where
    Spoiler:

Yet again, I might be unfair to it, But this is a list of Anime that made me mad. If it were my least favorite list, I might revise it a bit.

But it wasn't like they weren't trying to make him seem more laid back
    .
    Spoiler:

This scene above is where I got really frustrated. Up until then it was made quite clear that Kirito was taking this very seriously. The voice actor made this extremely clear with the never ending barrage of seriousness in his tone.

This scene however is the first time Kirito actually started to act a bit more laid-back. This is what? Episode 6 or 7? Where were scenes like this before? You can't just have a character act like this after spending almost half the first season taking everything so seriously. It causes a whiplash effect.

Yes, I understand That if they died in game, they died in real life, So he had a reason to be serious. But they could have at least stuck with one side of it. Either serious or laid-back. This might be a writing fault but it reflects off the voice actor if it is.

I personally feel that the English voice actor just does a better job handling this. There is more lightheartedness in his voice making the transition to this Kirito much more believable.

As for Naruto, I love the Environment, I'm starting to get sick of the characters. I'd be happy if they ended it and started a new generation like Avatar did.

Laid back Kirito wouldn't have chance with Asuna =D

My god, since I live in Japan, i've seen the worst of the worst Anime that make me Angry!

    3. Sword Art Online - This anime is pathetic. Everyone who likes this anime has no taste whatsoever. The plot moves insanely fast. Yup smart idea, let's fit almost 2 years into like 12 episodes. Also stick to the plot! One episode is a fantastic fight, but then the next episode turns into CSI Criminal Intent!! And the 2 episodes with Yui's debut made me cringe almost 80% of the the episodes. This anime has one of the most rushed Romances in anime History! Kirigawa and Asuna do not match at ALL! In the second part, everything goes down hill. It turns into Tentacle Rape, Rape, and incest that isn't really incest, but turns out to be incest(Kirigawa's Sister/Cousin). Asuna could have turned into such a good character, but they Flipped her personality turning her into a Tsundere.

    2. Attack on Titan - It's terrible. Right now it's just HYPE. It will die soon just wait. (Just Like Sword Art Online)

    1. Campione! This anime is awful. I kiss every girl and then suddenly I get the power to....tell a history lesson and kill the enemy in the most boring ways possible. Not strong enough? Well that's okay, just kiss the shrine maiden and the first girl to tell a more precise history lesson and kill the enemy even faster. (Format of the entire anime.)

Rosario Vampire is similar. Accidentally pulls off Rosario, Vampire Moka get's loose, kills the 'threat', anime episode ends.

    1) Ultimate Girls - For the love of god, do not watch this or you will be regretting it for days on end afterwards.

2)Weiss Kreuz- It's bad, it's really frigging bad, it's so bad that even the laws of physics gave up on this bishounen assassin wannabe nonsense anime at the beginning.

    3) Everything else that I dislike in anime (SAO, OreImo, Gundam Seed and Destiny, MD Geist etc.)
