To Many Legendaries for Movies?

    Well, think about it. In all the other seasons/regions all the legendaries have been featured somehow, either in a movie or in an episode, or a special. But Sinnoh has 14 legendaries, so how would all of them be featured?

    We know Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai are in a movie, and Manaphy has already had a movie. It's probably a good bet that Phione won't have it's own movie, and if it appears at all it'll be in an episode. That still leaves Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Shaymin, and Arceus. Your thoughts on which ones will get movies?
     
    I agree with craiglaw2006. Out of the 14 Shinnoh PKMN, four have already been featured in movies. In the first movie, there were 2 legendaries. In the second, four. The sixth technically had two, even though it was a fake Groudon, and the eighth had four, technically three as Mew had already appeared in one. Now they're making a movie with Palkia, Dialga and Darkrai, three already. And it seems to me as though they've been making movies at a much quicker pace than before. It should be easy for them to put the three legendaries into a single movie, then throw in, say, Regigigas and the likes.
     
    Arceus seems like it would have a movie, being the creator of the pokeverse and all.
     
    Instead of Darkrai they should have put Giratina in it since Palkia and Dialga are Dragon type Pokemon and so is Giratina

    I agreed with this, but the more I thought of its (limited) backstory in the game...I'm starting to think that Giratina should go with Arceus (creation vs destruction).

    On-topic...may I point out that Kyogre/Groudon technically never got a movie? The best they got were a brief appearance towards the end of a movie (Kyogre) and a weird clone (Groudon). Ho-oh never got a movie, either, and the Regis were more guest stars. So...so what if we have a lot of Legendaries? They don't ALL have to get movies...the anime could full well cover Regigigas & the Psychic Trio.

    True, but both Groudon and Kyogre got a double episode feature, so I was just counting that as being featured. I was thinking about Regigigas, it sort of goes along with Arceus, sice it towed the contenints with ropes and all. I think it should be in a movie with Arceus, but then again the thing with Giratina makes sense as well.
     
    i think they'll make a movie for the psychic trios,arceus with creccelia and giratina (with mew<or possibly rayquaza,groudon,and kyogre>{because of all the continents and all}),and regigigas with the regis
     
    I think Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit will all be part of one movie if there ever comes one.
    It's sad that there are so many legendaries in the Sinnoh series thought. It should be more balanced I think.
     
    Well, when you think about all the Gods there are in mythology, it isn't really unusual that three or four Legendaries would be in the same movie. I mean, when the Gods would get together, they usually fought. So when the Legendaries get together, what normally happens (at least initially)?
