Definitely very sparkly and showy, but even though appearance-wise it doesn't look like it belongs in the series I think I'll adjust. As a fanartist I'm not sure this is something I'll look forward to drawing!

Overall, I don't think they are as ugly as Dynamax forms. But there are some aspects that I don't like, for example the huge crystal that appears on some Pokémon's heads.

I like the crystallization... but did they really have to add these weird hat things? I am just not a form of these hats. All they had to do was put an aura around them or something and crystalize them and then it would be fine, but they had to make them all hats.
If I was to use this gimmick in like a fanfiction or something, I'd just omit the hats and just make them crystal.

To be honest, Terastal looks kind of silly in my opinion. They look like sparkly crystalized Pokémon wearing big party hats, which is, in my opinion, the silliest gimmick thus far appearance-wise. However, I'm not against the idea of Terastal in the least bit. It's definitely going to be a fun little game changer competitively, that's for sure.

Shine effect: Indifferent. Remembered seeing that effect before. Took a while to place: Paper Mario Sticker Star. Applied it to all the bosses.

The hats: Dislikes them. Why do you have a candle on your head? Provides a clear sign of "HEY! LOOK! FIRE TYPE NOW". Is only slightly less ridiculous than actually sticking that sign on a Pokemon. Are they afraid of auras after the lag from Totem Pokemon? Light up the ground under them or something then.
