I thought this was a place to actually ask for help about ROM Hacking, no about asking help when playing ROMs.
Whatever, I'll just take the risk and help anyways:

    1) Most of the Mega Stones are hidden. I remember that:
-The Loppunite is at Mauville, under the HM06 Scientist's house instead of a Repel as in the vanilla games.
-The Aggronite is in Verdanturf's Tunnel, hidden in a rock.
-Gardevoirite or Galladite is hidden in one of the plants inside Wally's House.
-Mawilite is near Verdanturf too, iirc.

    2) About how to use them, just give the Mega Stone to the Pokemon it belongs to, get yourself into a battle, Pick Fight, Press Start and then pick an attack with Z.
I'll warn you tho, Mega Evolutions doesn't work correctly at all and LCCoolJ95 apparently abandoned the HackROM too.
EDIT: Yeah, you don't need a Mega Bracelet at all, don't worry about that.

What IF someone is playing on a phone or tablet? 'Cause I Am. How can we click Z? Is it not possible to mega evolve without a keyboard or using the rom on a PC?
    Is Z the A button?

    Z means A in VBA

Can someone please give me exact instructions on how to use a mega stone? Im using Alakasite on alakazam and Swampertite on Swampert, I encounter a wild pokemon, tap on Fight, Press start, choose a move, and nothing. It only uses the move. Although it activated the swampertite in a trainer fight... Can i only use mega stones in trainer and gym leader fights, and not on wild pokemon?
Edit: for me, mega stones only react on double pokemon battles, and the pokemon that has the mega stone, strictly has to go on the right side of the pokemon battle (second pokemon to take effect in a batfle), STILL cant mega evo on any other fight, other than the double pokemon battles. HELP PLEASE! and thank you guys for telling me what to do, but it hasnt worked out yet.

I don't know if you ever fixed your problem Arcuz, but did you tried to download the latest version of TEEX straight from LCCoolJ95's Youtube Channel?
Maybe you are/were using an outdated version.

I've been away from the community for some months, but the last time I've tried TEEX which was kinda recently, it had the Mega Bracelet implemented so now you need it in order to Mega Evolve.
To Mega Evolve in your ROM, you shouldn't need to do anything else than: Equip the Mega Stone to your Pokémon, get yourself inside a battle, pick Fight, Press Start and then just pick a move (If for some reason the sprite of your Pokémon in-battle doesn't refresh after the Mega Evolution, that's a bug. I don't know if it was fixed or not, in any case, using the latest version should always be the best thing to do. I'm not up with the news so maybe it was fixed).

You need to go talk to your mother after beating Norman to get the Mega Armlet. When you enter a battle, press fight and then START to activate Mega Evolution. Obviously, the pokemon needs their respective Mega Stone.
