So, the shiny charm description says exactly what it always says:
A shiny charm said to increase the chance of finding a Shiny Pokémon in the wild.
But unlike always, this is not actually correct. It ONLY applies to hatching now, leaving any wild encounter outside of a Poké Radar chain at base 1/4096 odds.
Obviously, BDSP is home to a substantial number of bugs and exploits that are in the process of being patched, so it's clear ILCA will be releasing updates to fix coding oversights. With these things in mind, I ask you: do you think they are going to patch the shiny charm to work outside of breeding only? And more importantly, should the shiny charm work elsewhere?
