2nd Gen The Power Plant Quest

In G/S/C & HG/SS Kanto, there is a problem with the electricity because a machine part has been stolen from the Power Plant. The player is tasked to retrieve it and return it to the Power Plant. The Machine Part is hidden in Misty's gym while she is away on a date, and a member of Team Rocket who clearly does not speak the language is the one who has stolen the Machine Part...

After finding the machine parts hidden in the gym, defeating the grunt and then returning the machine part to the Power Plant, there will be power in Kanto again. You can then use the Magnet train and etc.

Fun fact btw: that Team Rocket Grunt is from the Unova region.

What did you think of this quest? I think it was okay, I guess. It's interesting meeting a Rocket Grunt who is definitely not from the Japanese regions of the Pokemon world.

I always have trouble finding the part in the gym.

I had to use a walkthrough cause I was speeding through Silver so there's that. Idk why, but I thought the grunt was European. o_O; The quest was interesting. I was slightly disappointed though to see no Zapdos at the power plant but what did little stupid me know.

I thought the quest was okay. I did not have any troubles and I found the machine part right away after defeating the Rocket Grunt.

Personally, I felt the quest was just filler. It was still quite enjoyable though. The European Team Rocket grunt and the showdown at nugget bridge is still quite memorable.
