6th Gen Temporarily making ORAS Secret Base QR Cards

Based on the Battle e-Cards that came bundled with the original Ruby & Sapphire. Post here if you'd like one!

Info I'll need:

• Your ORAS-generated QR code card (you can get this from your Secret Base PC via Manage QR Code Patterns > Share a Secret Base, saving it to your SD card.)
• The first 3 Pokémon in your party when you generated your QR code, along with their genders (if dimorphic), Shininess (if Shiny), levels, hold items, and moves. The third Pokémon will be hidden under your QR code.
• If your base has a Level Release
• Your Trainer ID (preferred) or 3DS Friend Code
